The bike path network is right next to our house. You can rent bikes from us for a small fee. An 18-hole golf course is 3 km away. For swimming, there are: Freilinger & Kronenburger See, Freibad Gerolstein or the Maare.

Ahrquelle in Posthalterhof, built in 1683, with sauna

The Posthalterhof was built around 1683 as a postal station by Thurn and Taxis as a station between Cologne and Trier. In the middle of Blankenheim, less than 200 meters from the Ahrquelle, the Posthalterhof is one of the oldest buildings in Blankenheim. Located in the center of Blankenheim, right on the Eifelsteig and the Jacobsweg, it offers guests a place to stay, just as it did 300 years ago.
