From the moment we got there we couldn’t believe how beautiful this house really is, the driveway can fit 4-6 cars, very spacious home with tall ceilings and surrounded by beautiful oaks. Everything was perfect from the clean home to the clean appliances and having everything I needed for some BBQ grilling and utensils for cooking it had everything including cleaning supplies! I loved this place and the location for it was excellent, I will definitely be coming back !

The cottage is so quiet and peaceful! The location was a great place for day trips to Fredericksburg, Wimberly, and Blanco of course. Melinda was very responsive when the internet went down (due to a provider not within her control) and let us use her hot spot on her ipad to watch movies! We did not have a pet, but the yard is nicely fenced for a pet which is a great benefit. You MUST read the cottage information book that provides the very interesting history of the cottage and renovation. Great Place!

We had a great time staying here! The place was even more spacious than we expected, which was a nice surprise. The hot tub was definitely a favorite for everyone, and the dual shower head was amazing, felt like a mini spa. Everything was clean, comfortable, and made for a really pleasant stay. Would definitely book again!
