The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the lush canals just around the corner. 10 minutes from the shopping center.

Primarily for 1-2 people if longer stay, but possible to make up sofa bed in the living room.
