Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

Was a wonderful immersive experience. We enjoyed dining and playing board games in the great hall. The escape rooms were very well done. I was skeptical on how it would go without a game master, even had some nice surprise moments. Looking forward to staying again. Kids were upset we weren't staying all week.

Fantastic place in every respect! The house is lovely, pristine, perfectly configured, and outfitted with every amenity. The tiered garden out back is beautiful and charming. The location was A+++ (quintessential Georgetown setting with delightful walking everywhere). We enjoyed everything about the house and our time there. Thank you, Charlotte!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. If we are to return, we would most likely look at this house as a first option. The house is very spacious and for there to be 10 of us, we never felt piled on top of each other. the host communicated very well, from the time we booked the reservation up until it was time to check out and we really appreciate that! One main thing I would ask the host to consider is putting FULL BODY mirrors in some rooms (ie. living room/den and master bedroom) it was kind of hard trying to get dressed and make sure I looked well put together without having a full mirror to look into. Also, with all the backyard space, an in ground pool would have been nice but the above ground pool did its job. Overall the stay was about an 8/10

Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

All the amenities (pool, sauna, steam shower, etc) were fantastic but attention to the simple things such as; lots of towels, bowls/treats for dogs, paper towels, cleaning and kitchen supplies was terrific. We often see places that miss on the little things that we end up shopping for. This place had it all, made it convenient for us to enjoy ourselves the entire time. This place is a gem and instant favorite of ours. Well done!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. it was even better than the photos! Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. One of the highlights for us was the park right next door, which my daughter absolutely loved. It was so convenient to have that outdoor space just steps away. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly stay!

Modern, clean and spacious. The king bed and couch are super comfortable! It didn't bother us one bit but for people who need a lot of quiet you can hear the children and the family moving around upstairs, sometimes the pitter patter of cute little feet and sometimes voices. But again we didn't mind about that one bit. I wouldn't mind a few more amenities like a kitchen hand towel, extra garbage bags, extra pillow cases, perhaps a little table with chairs outside for morning coffee, etc. but it wasn't a big deal at all. The location was handy, and again it didn't bother us that two different neighbors had huge and loud parties on Saturday night but good to be aware if you might have an issue. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. The price is reasonable. We will definitely consider staying there again if the opportunity arises.

This space was perfect for what I was looking for. Very easy to locate, extremely clean and the host was very responsive. Recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. Would definitely rebook if I’m back in the area. Thank you again!

We loved our stay at the Gingko House. We were only there for one night for a nearby event, but the home was comfortable and extremely convenient to our venue as well as many other locations. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Andrea was very quick to respond to messages and even quickly helped out with a parking pass right before we left home. We would definitely come back and also recommend to family and friends.

Great place and exactly as described. Our host was super helpful with parking assistance and local information. The home is close to all the DC spots and Uber prices were reasonable. We had a rental that was a 2025 Lincoln Navigator and it fit in the driveway with enough room to exit and we did not scrape the ground. I think most SUVs would have no issues parking in the driveway. We got a temporary pass for the street with help of the host as we had our older parents and exiting on the slope of the driveway was a bit tough for them. Overall a great stay at an affordable price, we will definitely rebook when we return next fall.

Arriving to Christine’s studio was simple. Her instructions were clear and that made entering the space very easy! It definitely smelled like a basement BUT it didn’t feel like it. You can tell Christine thought about the space; it felt like home. It was the perfect space for my husband and I. Everything in the studio was clean and functional. The bed was so comfortable! The area was quiet and the location of the studio was a quick drive to downtown and its surrounding areas. There is a grocery store and a few shopping centers near as well. I wanted to make mention of Christine’s customer service and patience. We accidentally locked the bottom lock on the knob (PLEASE DON’T DO THAT LOL) and didn’t realize it until we got back around 1:15 am. I felt horrible calling Christine but she didn’t make me feel bad. Instead, she walked us through and made sure we were able to get into the studio. She reassured us that everything is okay and that it’s all part of the job. Much appreciated!!

The cozy brick house on the outskirts has a peaceful feel to it, despite a bustling downtown with a lot going on. Easy to access from Interstate and a quick drive to downtown but not noisy at night at all. Felt secure and host was very responsive with great restaurant recommendations! Hole sleep comfortably our Party of six.

Overall, our stay was nice. The place itself was very clean and comfortable. We had some trouble finding the entrance and almost thought we were at the wrong place, but the door is kind of tucked away next to the barber shop. The code for the door wasn't listed under the check-in instructions, but V responded very quickly so we were able to get in by the time we arrived. It's fairly close to the National Mall, Nationals Park, and downtown DC, but we didn't feel super safe walking around the immediate area. Fortunately, there's a lot of scooters, bikes, and Uber drivers, as well as a trolley. It can be a little noisy, especially on the side facing the street. But the doors and windows drown a lot of it out. Comfortable beds, cleanliness, and decent water pressure in the shower all made it worth it. And the Nespresso and provided snacks were nice little extras.

Enjoyed my quick stay for a convention! Host were amazing & accomadating! It was on the opposite side of where I needed to be but I was able to lyft to Downtown DC 20min each way & doordash food fine! FYI: This is a complete basement unit so the stairs in the pics lead to the unaccessible main house upstairs but dont fret there is complete privacy! There isnt too much climate control down there so if you are anemic like me bring reinforcements! The house is thin so you will hear from the house above like the residents walking around & going up & down their stairs (not in your unit) or in the backyard! But that comes with the territory! Still enjoyed my stay under a nice family home!

The place was great! Very clean and comfy for a great price! Chet was a very effective communicator and made sure that I had everything I needed! Would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Nanyang Place—it truly felt like our home away from home in D.C. The host was exceptionally thoughtful and accommodating, especially knowing that we were traveling with a baby. She went above and beyond by providing a high chair, a crib, and even some baby food, which made our stay so much more comfortable and stress-free. The home itself was beautifully organized, clean, and welcoming. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure a smooth experience. We felt genuinely cared for, and her hospitality made a big difference in our trip. Thanks to her kindness and attention to detail, we were able to enjoy a memorable and relaxing family vacation in Washington, D.C. Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with young children!

We loved staying here. The beds and pillows were amazing. I have neck and back problems and normally don’t sleep well on vacation but this place was like sleeping at home. Thanks Adam for letting us come with our puppies for thepuppysphere grand opening.
