Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old homestead that has now been used as a holiday home. The cabin is located unashamedly by Sævareidsfjorden with a way forward. Here you will have access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, pole fishing opportunities and a bullpen with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pit and outdoor furniture. Outside the bullpen there is a large plating and wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and pet friendly. Water from well, drinking water from the tank.

The cabin is located on an island with no road connection. Access by sea road by private boat. Those who rent the cabin must be able to drive a boat. Boat rentals are included in the cabin rental. An incredibly charming and very simple property which boasts the ocean at the propertyfront. A peaceful location situated a 30 minutes drive from Bergen city center, and 20 minutes by car from the airport. You can drive all the way to the property. The cabin is 100 years old, and has an old boathouse in the basement as well as an old outbuilding used for storage purposes. You will find basic fishing equipment at the property. Straight from the ocean and onto the dinnertable within minutes.

The cabin has an exclusive feel, and consistently high qualities all around. There is a large parking facility connected, approximately a 3-5 minute walk from the cabin. The tenant can assist with transporting luggage to and from the cabin with an ATV for a fee. The cabin is located right by the water with easy access down to the boathouse and pier. There are opportunities to rent both, a small boat, or a large boat with a captain.
