This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Individual guest house on Gut Neuwerk

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a refuge for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining area and fireplace, one bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-like studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner couch.

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. This modern, comfortable house will delight you with its facilities (infrared sauna, jacuzzi, electric charging point, air conditioning, open fire, etc.). Renovated to a high standard, it has a garden with a pétanque court and uninterrupted views over the valley. We prefer arrivals on Thursday or Friday, but please contact us for any other dates. Events causing a nuisance are prohibited. No disturbance during the day or at night will be tolerated.

On the spacious courtyard with ample parking, you can charge your electric car for free. 1 bedroom (160 cm bed), 1 single bed (80 cm). The bakehouse accommodates up to four guests. The large entrance area features the impressive old bread oven – a true highlight.

Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach with a swim area, beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.

Admire the sunset, from your sofa, for large families, nature-loving couples, enjoy an idyllic setting near the forest and hiking trails, climbing, hiking. Müllerthal, Echternach, Little Switzerland, Luxembourg at your feet. Everything you see in the house is also for sale (price on request) The 500 m² house, fully available to visitors. You'll only need to bring your personal belongings.

Come and enjoy the calm of nature in this newly renovated home lost in a 6-hectare clearing, itself surrounded by a 50-hectare wood where you can go for a walk. If you're lucky, you'll see game in the morning or while having an aperitif on the outdoor terrace. Also enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi and sauna, in complete tranquility :-)
