Baahor Ghar - Kaziranga 3bhk

Baahor Ghar is 10 minutes away from the Agratoli Range (Eastern), 15 minutes from Kohora (Central), and 30 minutes from the Bagori (Western) range. We have our Jeep and can take you to any Range of your preference. The house is less than 100 mts from the main highway. This place is made mostly from Bamboo and was inspired by Bali architecture. 2 rooms have a split AC in them as well! The entire house is fully sealed and you do not have to worry about lizards, insects, or even mosquitoes.

Located on the heart of Kaziranga (Kohora), Homestaytion currently operates with 4 Bedrooms in the 1st floor of the house. 4 Rooms with Queen-size Double Bed LED TV with D2H connection and attached Toilet to each 24 x 7 Hot & Cold running water In case of power failure, we have power back-up with one light each in the room and the bathroom as well as the corridor and a fan for each room. However television and hot water will not work during power failure.

Ajit was proactive and helped with details for the Safari. We had a great safari because of his recommendations. We had a comfortable stay at his place. It was right in the middle of the main area and good restaurants were at a walking distance.

I am gonna have to start off this review by simply saying that Rajdip is one of the best hosts that I have met during the time that I have spent travelling, he’s very friendly, makes you feel at home, makes great recommendations on places to eat and also organises safaris at the best price that you’ll be able to find at Kaziranga. The accomodation is extremely easy to find, it’s clean and has everything that you’ll need for the duration of your stay and you also have the option of having a meal made at an extremely good price as well. The price point also makes KK homes a fantastic option as well, you won’t be able find accomodation in this area anywhere near the some price and perfect for anyone that wishes to visit Kaziranga National park during their stay in India. Thanks again Rajdip, you really are a fantastic host. 🙏

Prarthana and her husband is super cool.. enjoyed our stay.. literally the whole place was for ourselves and the kids loved it because of so much of open space for them to play. The food is not top of the class but home cooked and healthy. They even booked the elephant safari for us which was actually very hard to get by as it was peak season, thank you so much for that and everything.. will visit again. Oh and one more thing just accross the road/highway you get your binoculars and enjoy a free sightseeing of the kaziranga’s serene wildlife and of course the star Rhinos ✅

Amitabhs homestay is perfect! It embodies the true Airbnb spirit and he himself is the perfect host. It is a perfect reminder that you can find a home away from home with the most incredible and kind hearted people. There are unobstructed field views and some great home cooked food, among other things like board games etc to keep you company. They are also building a small reading nook and kids play area. Amitabh and his team are very hepful and help organise Safaris to Kaziranga. The jeep picks you up and drops you back :) Personally for me, dare I say, I found a friend in Amitabh and cant wait to go back and stay at his incredible homestay. My company is also trying to bring his story to more people all across the country. If you are in Assam or are planning a trip here and then Bagjhan homestay has to be on your list.
