On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. The lovingly furnished, bright self-contained apartment located on the outskirts is less than 50 m from the banks of the Nahe and the barefoot path. It is about 64 square meters, has its own entrance with its own parking space. It is equipped with a new kitchen, a bedroom with a cozy 1.80 double bed, a living and dining room with TV, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a floor-level shower and toilet & a small terrace. Towels, sheets and a hairdryer are available free of charge.

The apartment contains a fully equipped high-quality kitchen with a microwave, Senso coffee machine, oven, fridge-freezer and toaster. In addition to the 2 box-spring beds, two sofa beds are available. Towels and linens are optional. In the garden you will find chickens and 1 bantam rooster. Opposite is a small grocery store with bakery and butcher shop that is open from 7 am to 12 pm. There is a restaurant in the village. The many bike and hiking trails characterize the area.
