This place was amazing. Sage and Shannon were wonderful hosts and they were super helpful. Anytime I texted they always responded immediately and gave us assistance when we needed it. They also organized the house very nicely and gave us everything we needed. The coffee maker was also great to have in the mornings. The neighborhood is very serene and the neighbors were very friendly as well. I also enjoyed the nice stream at the back of the house. There was also a nice shopping center 5 minutes away for any groceries we needed to cook at home. In addition, the deck was very nice and the lights lit up very nicely at night. Overall, they really made this place feel like home throughout our stay and the beds were very comfortable as well. Great experience staying here and we look forward to staying here again at this place in our future trips to Bethany.

Ryan’s spot was an absolute gem! Super clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a smooth and comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything, but still quiet enough to relax. Ryan was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. You can tell he really cares about the guest experience. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free getaway!

The place was a very nice place to stay, the house was clean and everything was great about the property. The host however is not the one responding to you. This is a Buisness and has a lot of automated responses. It takes the typical interaction between a home owner and a renter out of the equation. I had questions that I asked and got answered by an automated system. I wanted to do an early check in because I was in town working and was moving from another air bnb and had groceries that I needed to get refrigerated and the property wanted to charge me $100 extra to check in early. Needless to say I threw the groceries away and if I hadn’t already reserved the house I would have stayed elsewhere. Nice place to stay but a very impersonal communication system. Not what I feel air bnb is all about.

We shared this house with another family of three to be close to our friends in the area and it was perfect for what we needed. It fit everyone comfortably and we spent a lot of time on the deck early mornings to drink coffee. We spent the rest of the time around Ocean City/exploring the area and beaches so really just used it as a resting place, however, it was fully stocked and clearly labeled making settling in really easy. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked through the front door, we felt completely at home. The house is beautifully renovated and thoughtfully equipped, with Karen going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her responsiveness was outstanding, checking in multiple times a day to make sure we were comfortable. The location is great—just a short drive to the beach, and the house itself is a true reflection of the photos, spotless and full of natural light. The garden is absolutely stunning, complete with a swing and a charming porch—ideal for sipping your morning coffee. Whether you're looking for a peaceful family retreat (as we were) or a place to gather with friends, this home offers the perfect setting. Thank you, Karen for hosting us!

Lea’s place was the perfect spot for a couple looking to visit the nearby beaches, attractions and restaurants while also being able to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing waterfront view from the home. There is ample space in the yard for playing lawn games, relaxing in chairs by the fire pit or sitting at the tiki bar. We didn’t end up kayaking, but there were plenty of kayaks available for use. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were on-site and used them at the beach. We also had fun playing a card game in the sun room while watching the sun set over the water. The unit was clean and spacious for two people. The AC and ceiling fans worked great. The bed/mattress was quite comfortable. The kitchen met our needs for preparing breakfast there every morning. The hosts were very responsive and provided helpful information. Great quiet spot!

This place exceeded our expectations. The location, right on the water with a private dock, and the privacy and serenity of the house and the neighborhood was very relaxing. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely go back again and would recommend for a couple or family of four.
