The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Nach einem aktivem Tag bietet das Haus die Möglichkeit in der Sauna oder im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder auf der großen Couch neben dem Kamin zu relaxen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Grandmas Hilde house high above the mosel

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. The holiday home Haus Cervus in Hattgenstein is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 170 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as a dryer.

Enjoy the many attractions in the area or snuggle up on the couch with a snack and a drink. We rent our vacation home, which we have decorated in a rustic style with, among other things, hunting decorations, to a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 5 people (possibly with a maximum of 2 pets) from 2 nights.

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
