The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Take a vacation with us! We offer you a spacious apartment with conservatory, in the middle of the North Palatine Uplands/Kusler Musikantenland. The apartment consists of two bedrooms with three beds, for 4 people, a large living-dining area with open kitchen and a very nice, spacious conservatory. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. There is also a small room with a washing machine and ironing board, which can be used free of charge.

The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. The holiday home Haus Cervus in Hattgenstein is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 170 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
