Restaurants, cafes are right outside the house door, Neckar and train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim are easily accessible in about 15 minutes by train by train. Bikes can be stored in the yard, here you can also sit nicely in summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.
