The house to which the apartment is attached is on a quiet heritage street. Access to the apartment is via the rear garden of the house. 5 mins walk to North Sydney station, 4 mins to Victoria Cross metro, 4 mins to vibrant restaurants, bars, cafes. So sorry, not suitable for babies or children. A safe and luxurious place to stay.

In short, Megan's place is a great choice for singles or couples who don't need extra bedrooms. It has modern bathroom and kitchen finishes, and the kitchen/living room area is actually quite spacious for cooking if need be. The bed was also very comfortable, not just the cheapest from IKEA like you see with many AirBnB rentals. Complemented with a desk, there was all I needed for a combined remote work/vacation stay. The unit is in a nice, walkable surburb, and just minutes away from water and a ferry to Sydney harbor (takes 10min, goes under the Harbor bridge). It is located behind a coffee shop which is very convenient, and hopefully I don't put Megan on the spot by advertising the free breakfast and coffee voucher that came with the stay. It was a really nice touch, and a first one for me in the 13 years that I've been renting through AirBnB. My only concern is that when I come to visit my friends in Balmain next time, this unit might be booked well ahead of time :/

I booked Susan's studio for my parents to stay when they came to visit me and my family. Perfect location just a block away from my house, and also just minutes walk away from shops, supermarket and cafes on the main street. The studio was simple but very clean. Susan was a responsive, friendly and helpful host, very easy to communicate with.

The unit was lovely & in a beautiful location. A very comfortable stay and we enjoyed our walks along the waterfront and the local neighbourhood. Brandon was a great host and provided clear/helpful information for check-in and for our stay. I would recommend staying here, particularly if you are wanting to be in the Balmain area

The unit was clean and very comfortable. As has been said you need to be able to manage the stairs to the 3rd storey. There is a communal laundry with 2 washing machines and a dryer close to the parking area for the unit and there is air-conditioning in the living area. It is in a very good location close to the shops and restaurants on Darling St, and close to buses. We would stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at this stunning 2-bedroom harbour view townhouse in Balmain! The location is absolutely perfect – peaceful yet close to everything, and the views are simply breathtaking. Watching the sun set over the harbour from the balcony was a highlight – truly magical. The townhouse itself is modern, stylish, and beautifully appointed with contemporary finishes throughout. Everything was spotless, and the space felt both luxurious and welcoming. The open-plan living area made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view, and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and every detail had been thought of to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this beautiful home for short or longer stays to the beautiful village of Balmain.
