Vacation rentals with a patio in Bintaro Jaya

Senang menginap disini. Sebelum kedatangan, host memberi instruksi yang jelas. Memang bagi yg belum terbiasa menginap di apartemen, butuh adaptasi namun bukan hal yg besar karena tim San Living sangat membantu. Apresiasi utk Mas Benny, Kak Wiwi atas respon yg cepat. Saya sangat suka bunk bed di ruang keluarganya. Nyaman sekali. Apalagi beberapa kasur nya adalah tipe kasur yang solid shg nyaman di punggung. Ketika malam, sangat menyenangkan jalan2 di atas atap penghubung menuju Taman Anggrek Mall. Overall, great staycation at Spazio. Mudah2an bisa berkunjung kembali.

I came here for a family vacation and it turned out that everyone really liked the place, the AC worked well, the water was smooth, the place was clean and tidy. The place was very comfortable and the apartment facilities were complete and it also felt shady because it was surrounded by many trees. I will stay here again when I go to Jakarta. Thank you Siska for always fast respond when I ask something, you’re very helpful.

I had a wonderful staycation at AirbnW. The location is very strategic, making it easy to get around the city. The place itself felt just like home—cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Accessing the apartment was hassle-free, with clear instructions provided. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the place, and the facilities were top-notch. I will definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

Posisinya strategis sekali di alam sutra dkt kemana2.. utk fasilitas apart cukup lengkap ad kolam renang,tmpt gym, dibawah ad minimarket dan cafe2. Utk unit kamar cukup oke dan bersih tp ad sedikit kekurangan seperti colokan yg dikamar semuanya tidak bisa digunakan, ac di ruang depan hanya angin saja ga dingin, sama 1 biar oke harusnya tv nya ud android/smart tv.. tp overall oke sih, next mngkn klo ud diperbaiki atau dilengkapi mau balik lg

It was a wonderful experience. All of the facilities work properly ie. microwave, water heater, cool AC. There was spare water gallon, amenities like toothbrush, soap, and shampoo, and the coffee and tea. The bedsheets and towels are clean white. And there are sufficient clean blanket too. More importantly, the check in and check out process were very easy. Rani was responsive so there's no waiting period to handover the key during check in and check out.

It’s a lovely place. Very convenient to get something by yourself or even Grab/Gofood. Place is clean and comfy. We really love the stay!

Super recommend buat yg mau kumpul sm temen atau keluarga, villa nya gede banget dan lokasi nya di ujung jadi gaada berisik dari sana sini. dan Kak Rikka super membantu :)

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

Great and comfortable place to spend time with family and/or friends. The most impressive thing I found that the host, Victor, and his team were incredibly responsive, answering our questions rapidly when we needed further information related to our stay and resolving any issues we encountered in the villa in no time.

I visited this place for a family vacation, and it was absolutely amazing! We loved the aesthetic, and the furniture had a fresh, Mediterranean vibe throughout the house. Every area was spotless, smelled wonderful, and was super comfy. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the host even gave us a cake to take home! Such a lovely touch, and we’ll definitely consider coming back for another stay ❤️

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

great place to stay, clean and nice room, have netflix on the tv for extra entertainment, and very strategic location.

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊

Had a great stay at the apartment. I booked it last minute due to another hotel cancellation. Revy quickly messaged me once I booked the place, and she gave me clear instructions on how to get access and also kept me posted on the progress,s given it was a last-minute booking. Easy to communicate and fast response. The place was homey, clean, had good surroundings. The internet was stable, complete amenities, and very private at the same time. Would consider staying at this apartment again. Thank you Revy! :)

Die Unterkunft ist super. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Sehr sauber und Ausstattung modern und gemütlich. Man hat alles was man braucht. Supermarkt ist in der nähe und ebenfalls ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit Rastaurants und geschäften. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen! Kommen gerne wieder! Danke euch, dass wir da sein durften.

청결하고, 잘 정돈된 숙소. 깨끗하고 질서있는 주변환경. 자카르타에서도 아주 높은 수준의 숙소 및 주변환경을 자랑할만 하다. 수영장, 운동시설 및 편의점과 주변 상권도 아주 훌륭하다고 할 수 있음. 다음에도 반드시 다시 묵고싶은 곳.

Our family LOVED our stay here - the kids didn’t want to leave! So many fun toys and games. Indira left clear instruction and thoughtful touches which made it a great stay. We will be back!
