Monthly Rentals in Binstead

We had an amazing stay at Tracy& Dave’s. The annexe was spotless. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cosy place to stay. The location was ideal. It made visiting the Island convenient and will definitely return. Tracy& Dave went beyond to ensue we had everything we needed. It was an added bonus that our two little dogs were welcome and the added touch of blankets , towels and bowls were provided for them. There was a field close by to walk the dogs which was great. Such a Thoughtful touch. It was great to sit out in the garden and enjoy a relaxing drink in the evenings. Would definitely recommend the annexe for any looking to unwind or to explore the island.

Wonderful accommodation! We could not have been happier with the home. It was charming right down to the details. Thoughtfulness planning went into it—right down to the step stool so my toddler could reach the bathroom sink, and the emergency torches that also served as nightlights. The host was great, especially with our last minute reservation! My nine year old said, “This feels like Christmas morning!” as she walked through the beautiful home. Now my only problem is that my kids want me to buy a nicer house, haha. If we are fortunate enough k travel this way again we will definitely book this place again!

Sarah is a fabulous host, she’s extremely responsive and the place was really easy to get to, good space for parking - the hayloft is such a great find! The place is really clean and has everything you could need for a home away from home, it’s also really peaceful and quiet. And there’s lots to do just a short walk from the hayloft, which is outlined in the guest information book that Sarah has kindly put together. Thank you Sarah :)
