The place was very nice and quite comfortable. Very responsive host that addresses all issues almost instantly. Easy check-in and out process. Very safe with 24 hrs guards. Would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, bowls, spoons etc., The bathroom is veryyyyy clean. The rooms and mattress are spotless. I had a peaceful sleep in the air conditioned room. Overall it is a vakuable stay near the airport

I had a wonderful stay at Golden Mansion in Ho Chi Minh! The location is excellent—close to the city centre, making it convenient for leisure. Getting around was easy, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were great, and the environment felt safe and peaceful. It’s also a very affordable option compared to other accommodations in the area, offering great value for money. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

We felt right at home. Our host was proactive and very responsive to any questions. Our arrival was completely autonomous and the apartment is very well-equipped. I appreciated all the little extras (bottle of drinking water, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, shampoo, tissues, toilet paper, etc.) which allowed us to take our time on arrival and not have to run to a supermarket. The pool and children's playground were easy to access. The accommodation is also very well soundproofed despite the proximity to the airport and heavy traffic. Location is central, in a clean and lively residential area. We stayed there as a family (2 adults, 2 young children aged 3 and 7) for 5 nights and we will certainly return before our return trip. We highly recommend Tung's place!

The apt. is located in a great place. The neighborhood is very nice. There are many convenient stores around. The apt building is very new and clean with good service. The room is new, fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, one kitchen and a very nice view of the city. The 2 rooms have great views too. It is worthy for a family with a child or a couple who want to stay here for several days or a week. The host is very nice and prepared well before l checked in. He is living in the community as well.

The stay was one of the best we’ve had in the month we stayed in Vietnam, the location was beautiful, the host was responsive and helpful. The overall area is fantastic, would definitely recommend as there was a lot of space and we had 7 people

I booked the Airbnb for my mom’s and uncle’s trip to Vietnam from Canada for a little over a month’s stay. The Airbnb is a great choice in the local area compared to the hotels available. My family enjoyed their stay for the cleanliness, security, laundry washer and of course the air conditioning! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The apartment was clean just as above the pictures. The location of the apartment is airy, close to the beautiful and large park Gia Dinh. It is also very convenient to go to the airport from the apartment. Especially the host Khanh is very enthusiastic and lively. E Khanh always supported and answered his questions very quickly. I also try to meet my requirements or provide the most appropriate solution so that I can stay in this apartment in the most comfortable way. I was going to rent for 1 night that I finally stayed for a whole week. Thank you so much e Khanh!

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

I travel to HCMC frequently and have stayed at at least 4 major hotels. This was my first Airbnb experience in this city and it was fantastic. Tram's apartment is in the same building as the 5-star Holiday Inn Hotel and as her guest you get to enjoy access to much that the hotel has to offer, including its opulent and bigger-than-olympic-sized pool, its spa and its restaurants. Apartment goers have their own dedicated gym, which is better than those of any of the other hotels I've stayed at an entirely comparable to the Holiday Inn Gym. The room was squeaky clean, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. While I enjoy eating out, on this occasion I also enjoyed cooking my own meals in the apartment. Any neighbors I crossed paths with in the elevator or corridor were delightful. The prime location of this unit in the middle of the Tan Binh district is another plus. Lastly, Tram was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions during my 3-week stay here. Highly recommend.

Stayed here a little over 2 weeks. I was quite satisfied. Nguyen was very good at communicating and even let me check in a bit earlier as an exception which I am grateful for. The room was fine, with a queen bed, giant TV with Netflix, kitchen and bathroom Really liked the access to the pool, the gym. Also very close to the airport and easy to get to main District 1 by taxi.
