Nous proposons à la location la dépendance de notre maison de vacances, pensée comme une maison d’amis. La propriété jouit d’une situation unique en bordure de l’Odet, et une petite porte (bien connue au sein du village) vous donne accès directement au charmant petit port de Sainte Marine, son fameux Café de la Cale et ses restaurants. NB: au premier semestre 2026, il est possible que je séjourne dans l'autre bâtiment de la propriété. Si c'est le cas je vous le dirais avant votre réservation.

Je propose à la location, sur les quelques périodes où je n’y suis pas, avec le concours de ma super co hôte Tetyana, ma maison (historique et de famille !) à Ste-Marine: Ty Plouz, surnommée Le Paradis par les amis, en 1ère ligne et bénéficiant d’une magnifique vue mer et accès direct à l’estuaire. A la fois centrale (animation, commerces et commodités du port et du village à 2 pas) et bénéficiant d'une exquise quiétude, laissez vous embarquer pour une parenthèse enchantée les pieds dans l'eau!

Close to the historic center of Pont l 'Abbé (2 min walk) to the city entrance and 10 minutes from the beaches by car. Large accommodation that can accommodate 4 people. On the ground floor a large living room quality convertible sofa, TV, desk, wifi , wc, veranda (for smoker or other) an equipped kitchen (coffee, tea, sugar...), dining room, a large dressing room, a large bedroom bed kit size , after 2 steps a bathroom with Spa and steam room, small terrace and barbecue . Supermarket 50 m on foot. Small, bright and well-appointed house. 6 modular beds (2 large 180 and 160 beds or 4 single beds + the sofa bed 140). Garage to park a car or your bikes, surfboards... parking possible in front of the house. I look forward to welcoming you.

150m2 home in a residence in the center of Guilvinec , 700m from the beach. Completely renovated in 2024. In a very quiet setting, it has a private garden of 1000m2. A private swimming pool, heated and secured ,and treated with salt ( no chlorine ) , a large terrace of 190m2, and a veranda . Open from April to mid-October. The rest of the year and only a hot tub is available. It offers beautiful spaces, and all the equipment needed for a pleasant stay .
