Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

The Big Sandy

Our rustic cottage is on the East-facing shoreline of Big Sandy Pond. Walk out the door and relax on the sandy beach with clear water. On this pond you can swim, tube, canoe, kayak, water-ski, boat, snorkel or sail. The 134-acre lake is also managed as a catch-able trout and bass pond and is annually stocked in the spring and fall with Brook, Brown, and Rainbow trout.
