Want a place of peace and relaxation? This is it!! Beautiful views, extremely quiet and private. Property was stunning inside and out. Dawson was a pleasure to work with. Extremely responsive and professional. An added bonus is that Sun Rise Ski Resort is roughly 15 or so minutes down the road. This property and Dawson deserve more than 5 stars. We will be returning in the future!

Nice place to go for vacation if you are looking for peaceful moments

This is a wonderful place to stay, peaceful, quiet, relaxing, and fun for all; we were able to relax in the cabin and on the porch, we enjoyed the yard, and lots of time on the dock fishing. My granddaughter played with the toys under stairs and was able to join the adults out on the dock. Very safe for all. This was overall wonderful time and place. We hope to return again next year. We trust we will be welcomed back. Thank you for sharing your home with us, it was truly a blessing and we are very thankful for our time in “little Norway” Paul & Heather Sheats

Great place for a family gathering. Close to White Mountain lake, Fun Park and shopping, but felt very quiet and private. We are planning on returning next year.

I really loved this place, very clean, and everything was in perfect order. My friends and I enjoyed it a lot, one day we were fishing on dock, the next day we played pickleball and tennis, and another day we went hiking. The place is very quiet and peaceful, As for a romantic weekend, next time I'm bringing my girlfriend!

The house was gorgeous! My group and I had so much fun in the house and enjoyed the fact that there was plenty of space to hangout and not feel crammed. There was a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood while we were there. There were some mornings we couldn't go out on the back porch in just our pj's because the workers were next door. Overall the experience was great though.

Guyton couldn't be a nicer host. The cabin was just as described and the views were incredible. what a great reprieve from Phoenix heat to have a location with a river running and pond on site. it was super fun to try our hand at the fishing, even though the fish were smarter than us, we got to see them jump. we would love to come again.

Perfect for a staycation. Nicole was more than accommodating and her place was exactly what we needed when my family was evacuated from our home 45miles away due to the Greer Wildfire. Although, it was a stressful time this quiet home provided a place of peace and comfort as well as top notch, fun amenities. My kids enjoyed the zip line, backyard, garage and hot tub. Rooms were amazing; roomy with tv’s, cozy beds and doors for the back patio. Simple, serene, quiet, comfortable and so gorgeous. Thank you! I’ll find any excuse to return.

Thank goodness we booked this house! Our family of four (2 adults + a 16 year old boy and 13 year old boy) planned to go skiing and snow boarding but the weather did not cooperate. With no snow, we were so thankful to have booked a house with everything we needed for a vacation with or without snow. Our boys said they cannot wait to go back- they loved the foosball, pool table, and outdoor basketball the most. And the many board games to compete against their parents were also plusses. The house is in a quiet area that makes you feel like you are all alone and yet you are within minutes of the quaint town of Greer with some fun food options, including our fave -Edelweiss. There is also easy access hikes for all experience levels within minutes. We cannot wait to come back.

Stayed here with a big group. Loved every minute of it, very peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Lots of things for everyone to do and space to do it. We had an amazing time and the hosts were lovely.

Greg and Jane’s place was nothing short of amazing. They were extremely communicative and made you feel comfortable enough like their home was yours. The home didn’t not fall short of spectacular with every thing you needed from kitchen supplies to games and plenty of linens, they really thought of everything. We will definitely be back!

Our entire stay was wonderful from start to finish! A great cabin for a family with children. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed this cozy cabin and the amenities offered. Definitely created life long memories!

We were so lucky to find this place! I’m surprised it’s not fully booked until summer, it’s truly a hidden gem. We were looking for a relaxing, clean, modern, and pet-friendly retreat, and this cabin checked all the boxes and more. 🤎 From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The cabin was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our pup loved it too! We spent our days enjoying nature, soaking in the hot tub, and exploring the charming neighborhood. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.

Our stay at Joni’s Sequoia Mountain home was absolutely perfect! It was the ideal escape from the Phoenix heat for our multigenerational family. The cabin was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and incredibly clean. A truly tranquil retreat where we could relax and reconnect. The space was impressively well stocked with everything a family might need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras like board games for the kids. Every detail was considered. Joni was an exceptional host. She is communicative, and helpful. Her responses were always prompt, and the guide she provided was full of useful information. She went above and beyond by recommending local attractions and even kept us informed about traffic conditions that could affect our drive. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. Joni is truly a perfect host, and we look forward to returning!

The house was very beautiful and the area was even better with amazing views. There was a slight glitch getting into the house because the batteries to the lock died but Jose was super fast to respond and find a solution. Plus the neighbors were very friendly and came and helped, too! House had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Great location for events in and around Show Low. We were there for an event at Fool Hollow Lake and it was so convenient to be so close. Definitely made use of the outdoor seating area, the weather was amazing. Cozy cabin lived up to its name!

We stayed at Gary’s cabin while helping our daughter relocate from Tennessee to Snowflake, AZ, and let me just say—it was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a cozy home away from home. The cabin is exactly as pictured—warm, welcoming, and spotless. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and every detail made it easy to settle in and unwind. Gary is the kind of host you hope to get—super communicative, checked in to make sure we arrived safely, and made it clear he was just a message away (though we didn’t need a thing—he already had it covered!). The kids had an absolute blast zooming around outside on the little race cars, and we wrapped up our week by the fire pit, toasting s’mores from the adorable gift box Gary left for us. It was the perfect way to end our trip. The location is also fantastic—close to restaurants, golf, and lots of other local fun. We will be back!

Had a great time. We live in Phoenix. I can’t believe how quiet it was and the view of sky was amazing at night as well. Forgot what I’m missing living in the city. I would book again. It was much bigger than my small family needed but we really enjoyed all the amenities. We liked the decorations.

We had a great stay. My husband and I were amazed at how clean everything was. The linens were fine hotel quality. The extras were over the top from bathroom toiletries to fully functional kitchen. We would for sure stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family.

We had a great early summer getaway with our kids and grandkids. The dogs were in heaven as it’s on a small pond and plenty of room to run and have a great time. We saw deer, elk, turkeys and plenty of squirrels messing about in the trees. Everything listed on the site was accurate and Betsy was very responsive with any questions. This would be a great summer getaway or winter playground for a family. We’ll be back!

We loved getting a chance to spend some time at this beautiful A fram house. It was cozy and nice on the inside with current comforts. We cannot wait to come back and we'll make it one we come back to.
