We have been coming to KPT for years and have stayed in other hotel locations around town. Hands down the best location - walkable to everything; the loft is extremely comfortable with all the amenities one would need to enjoy their stay; and Beverley genuinely cares about her guests and their experience. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here as it was close to many amenities. Nadine was proactive in all communications. Very clean, cozy, comfortable and up to date. Very quiet and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nadine for blessing us with your space for 4 days.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Gregory's home. Home and amenities were as pictured and described. Space was tidy, smartly appointed, and clean. Home was close to Old Orchard Beach and we were able to walk there multiple times during our stay. The hot tub was much appreciated and we were able to relax after days filled with sight seeing and shopping. Gregory was communicative and had a response rate of approximately 12 hours. I would recommend bringing reusable bags for any shopping as it seems Maine has discontinued complimentary bags at stores.

Wonderful location and stay. Every detail of functionality, comfort, and cleanliness was carefully considered and I loved the beach themed details. Great ocean view from the patio and 1 min walk to the beach. Joan is super responsive and friendly. One of our favorite stays and would definitely book again!

This was our second stay at Holly’s place, and once again, it was excellent. Holly is a proactive and thoughtful host who provided clear and helpful instructions. The space was spotless, matched the listing photos perfectly, and had all the listed amenities. The quiet location is just a short drive from Kennebunkport and local attractions. Check-in was a breeze with the keypad lock, and on-premise parking was very convenient. Great value for the price—we’ll definitely be back!

This apartment is the perfect place for a weekend or longer get away, for a couple to explore Portland and all it's eccentric places. Easy to walk to both the harbor and Munjoy Hill shopping and eating attractions. We came into town for a concert at Bayside Bowl of all places--awesome entertainment. Don't miss out on Susan's place--very tastefully renovated with a keen eye for detail!

Beautiful spot on the water with great fishing, was a bunch of games inside for the kids which was a huge bonus enjoyed the stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cal’s place! We were impressed by all of the personal touches to this home that make you feel right at home and ready to plan your next stay there! Cal’s home was spotless, had comfortable beds, and had everything you need and more. There was even detergent, dishwashing products, and a cute travel size mouthwash in the bathroom. Cal definitely wants his visitors to feel right at home. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Caren’s place with a couple of our friends over Memorial Day weekend. The house could not have been more perfect for the four of us. The layout of the house allowed us all to be together comfortably to eat, relax, and sleep, while also having a lot of cozy spots to tuck away with a book or have a nap. The sun porch was a favorite - the outdoor decks looked so inviting, but the weather was too uncooperative to fully appreciate them. Caren was a fabulous host - we really appreciated the flexible and easy check-in, all the recommendations and directions to local beaches, restaurants. We could walk to grocery stores and the lobster house practically next door, as well as to the holiday pancake breakfast. This was one of our favorite Airbnb’s of all the ones we’ve stayed at - if we are ever in Kennebunkport again, we would definitely rent Caren’s place.

Tiny but beautiful cottage with walls of windows in the living room and bedroom overlooking the salt marsh. It was like staying on a boat! Great kitchen, comfortable bed and cozy fireplace. Beautiful in the winter.

Staying at the cottage was a delightful experience. The stunning scenery and the charming aesthetic of the house were truly unmatched, evoking a sense of comfort reminiscent of our own home. It’s always reassuring to feel at home even when away, and I took note of the thoughtful engineering throughout the house, with plans to order a few items from Amazon to replicate that beauty. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and maintained excellent communication, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay in Angela’s beautiful home. It had great amenities, was super clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the pool and fire pit. The kitchen was roomy for cooking too. 5 stars!

We enjoyed our stay at Village By the Sea. Located in the middle of the lovely town of Wells, Maine. The property was beautiful and very comfortable.

This was a great spot for a fall terrific lady weekend. The surroundings are beautiful and the house is comfortable. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. Of note, you can't really access the beach from the house; a short drive is required.

Pamela's place was the perfect start and end to our Acadia trip. We used her place as our fist stop while exploring Portland before making the road trip to Acadia and spent the last 2 days of our trip back at her place. The entire loft was super comfortable and peaceful. We were able to take advantage of the hot tub after a long day of bike riding and it was the perfect way to end the day. Pamela was very kind and responsive and offered us some great recommendations for our hikes in Acadia. Highly recommend her place!

Place is small but clean and cozy and a very quick drive to downtown Portland. Hot tub was a great bonus perk.

This beautiful home was a great place to spend a long weekend relaxing and exploring Portland. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, and the well-outfitted kitchen. Nicholas and Emily are extremely kind and friendly, and we were happy to have the chance to chat with them a bit. Beautiful neighborhood and an easy drive to Portland’s main attractions.
