Indeed a cozy place. Easy to locate and it's walkable to the centro. Also near to the bus terminal and SM Mall. To top it all, with freebies if you intend to do the cooking, you can use the basic condiments they provided.

It was a great and comfy place to stay in. Host was super responsive and attentive to our needs. We had more than what we need. And felt right at home. Plus its so near the malls! My tita and i chose to sleep in the couch which looked and felt so comfy. Also because the stairs to the second floor rooms were a bit steep and the bathroom was on the ground floor and my 70 yo tita didnt want to go down the stairs at night to pee 🤭I would say Chinee’s place is perfect but does not fit its surroundings. The place is in an alley and you have to park at the corner of a bigger street a few feet away. Neighbors are friendly though. We still looked forward to staying in Chinee’s place and her couch after a long tiring day.

5 stars for its budget friendly place. I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom condo in Naga City from May 20 to 23, 2025. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a short stay. The location is excellent—very walkable to nearby restaurants, shops, and other key spots in the city. The condo itself is in a secure building with access to a pool and parking, which were definitely a plus. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out smooth. For the rate, location, and amenities, this place is a great value. I’d definitely stay here again the next time we're in Naga.

The overall experience we had was outstanding. The only noticeable thing is the bidet with leakage. But overall great experience, I highly recommend this place! Very comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay overall — the place has a lot of good things going for it. What we liked: The air conditioning works really well and keeps the whole space cool, even the living and dining areas. The kitchen is in a separate area, which is great because it keeps cooking smells away from the rest of the place. The fridge works great — it keeps things cold and freezes stuff easily. The warm lights made the space feel cozy and relaxing. What could be better: The check-in instructions were a bit confusing. There were too many repeated messages, and it was hard to find the important info like the entry code and Wi-Fi details. I almost missed them because they were mixed in with a lot of other messages. The Wi-Fi was a big issue for us. The signal didn’t reach the bedroom, and there’s no mobile signal inside either. Since I was working during the trip, this was a real problem. The Wi-Fi also kept disconnecting, and I had to restart both my phone and the router just to reconnect. I

The beds are comfortable, linens are clean with complete bath towel and blankets. The place is located in the city where you can easily access nearby attractions and stores. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely comeback.

Very clean and well equipped. Not as spacious as it looked in the picture but comfortable. We had an issue but it was resolved very well. Third floor walk up. If that’s an issue for you, Ask about other units from same owner.

The host was very responsive and accomodating despite the very late check in time. Thank you to ate roxanne as well. The place was cozy and clean. My only negative was the price of the stay and that is located on the second floor.

The place is clean, homey and very organized. The owner is very responsive. The only issue we had was that the water ran out the next day. But overall, will recommend the place and will definitely book this again!

Booked this because of the pool and board games. Kids loved the stay and lots of activities to choose from inside the unit. Room was super clean and smells good. I love that it has complete kitchen needs. For me it is a bit pricey compared to other rentals we stayed in the big cities like Manila and Cebu with same amenities and features. But we had great stay.

The place is centrally located. All the staff at the lobby was very helpful and always smiling. It's our first time to use Airbnb and it was great. Easy access to public transportation, walking distance to restaurant. It was truly a pleasure. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Good host and The caretakers are very helpful, We're a group of 7 so the place is quite Big and Spacious for us, Nice and Clean Pool, they got the Grill for BBQ just bring your own charcoal!.. Amenities are all there, if you're into a typical Filipino Excursion like us They've got the Entertainment for that! Big flat screen TV plus Videoke are provided... otherwise if you want a peace and quiet night the location is great...so overall our overnight stay's worth the money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
