There are good cafes and restaurants, several grocery stores, a pharmacy within walking distance. Apartment with a wonderful designer renovation and a great view of the sea! The heated floor and air conditioning allow you to maintain a comfortable temperature in all weather conditions. The apartment has everything you need! In general, everything! Even a first aid kit and a seat on the toilet for the baby. We have never seen such a thoughtful and comfortable place to stay, although we often stay in apartments while traveling. The castle is 200 meters from Gagripsh restaurant 200 meters away. Outside the wall of the lock, inside the repair of our days. Despite this, Ilona has already purchased and planned to change the furniture to a more suitable castle. It's a special pleasure to wake up in a room with 5-meter ceilings. Everything suited us perfect. It may be a little far from the sea, but we found the location very convenient for us. Nearby is a market(3 minutes), to the sea: you want to go to Ldzaa - 20/30, you want to go to the resort area - 20 minutes, or you can also go to the public beach - 20 minutes. The apartment is clean, the beds are comfortable. There are dishes, there was not enough small bucket, making coffee. We liked everything.!

I really liked everything. The place is comfortable, the beds are good, the bed linen is of high quality. Communication with Marina (host's mom) was good. The weather during our stay in Pitsunda did not please us, and even more so we appreciated our warm room, and always hot shower, and summer kitchen, where you could sit outdoors and at the same time not in the pouring rain). Thank you so much, I really hope to come back again because Pitsunda loved it. Yes, the road to the sea is short and pleasant, in green courtyards.
