Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. This spacious and well-equipped studio has just been refurbished. Located on the ground floor of a large Basque house, in the Urcuray district, it is ideally located. Indeed, you will find nearby the city center of Hasparren (5 min), the Thermes de Cambo-les-Bains (5 min), the village of Espelette (12 min) or the beaches of the coast (30 min). It has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay: equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, Wi-Fi, ironing equipment...

WITHOUT ANY SCREWS . Close to the Landes beaches, this quiet and elegant accommodation will welcome you during your holidays. Located 15 minutes from Capbreton and close to the highway, this apartment is for you! It consists of one bedroom with a double bed with the possibility of sleeping two other people on the sofa bed in the living room. An outdoor space with wooden deck, barbecue and a small artificial grass area will be perfect for your relaxing moments.

Independent 50 m² loft, fully equipped and refurbished, in an oriental style, with a sleeping area with a king-size canopy bed, a bathroom with large shower cabin and separate toilet. The main living/dining room overlooks your covered terrace and then directly onto the pool. View of the large oaks surrounding the property and the surrounding hills. Not overlooked, at night you will fall asleep to the sound of owls and a starry sky without visual pollution.

Quiet apartment south of Landes

This accommodation is quietly located amid greenery. It is located on the ground floor of our house, so we are available whenever you want. We are 11 km from Ondres beach (bike path to the beach), 12 km from the center of Bayonne and 15 km from Capbreton. St Martin de Seignanx has many amenities: supermarket, gasoline, tobacco/press, restaurants, bakery, bus (stop at the end of our cul-de-sac), the entrance to the highway is also 10 minutes away.

The Larunque Castle, built in the 19th century and renovated in an Italian style, located between Bayonne and Hossegor, is ideal for meeting up with family or friends, enjoying absolute calm in a lush environment, swimming in the heated pool, melting in the sauna, relaxing in the Jacuzzi or playing tennis or pétanque... The towns of Bayonne and Hossegor are 30 minutes by car, as well as the surfing beaches of Landes and the Basque Country.

You are welcome in this bright and charming studio open to a large private terrace where you can eat, relax and enjoy the calm, only about fifteen minutes from the Landes beaches. The banana trees and the surrounding greenery will allow you to rest after visiting the nearby Basque Country. The studio is very well furnished and you will have your total independence alongside the hosts who are always ready to satisfy you.

This semi-detached rental also benefits from a wooded and flowered setting in the middle of a park of 7000 square meters and a beautiful swimming pool secured by a roller shutter, open from May to September depending on the weather). You will also enjoy the private terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

We offer a charming 30 m² studio in a detached house with a separate entrance. This rental is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen (hotplate, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. A bed (comfortable mattress), wardrobe, bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
