The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere-perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hosts were exceptional-friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Their local recommendations were spot-on and made my trip even more epi I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top notch BnB experience. Perfect place for a group stay. The property is old but well maintained and decorated. The highlight for me was the back garden which was perfect for a nice breakfast in the sun, the blue pottery dining area, and the living area with a cozy indoor chimney. It was so peaceful and serene i felt like staying back and it was how you define a perfect retirement home. I am sure it would look even better if there was snow! The care takers were very sweet. They were on their toes and were helping us with whatever we needed. The neighbourhood was also very quiet and calming. Would definitely choose to book this property again.

It what you see , its simple , elevated basics , decluttered way of how things work. the place offers you everything incase you are seeking indeed some quiet time . the food logistics are sorterd , they have fixed meal plans , that are wholesome , nurturing and yummy at the same time . not having to think of food was an absolute game changer . we were excited and looked forward to our meals. the hosts are very informative, and will guide you in the direction you seek. there are several simple hikes and trails around the place , a rare luxury .

It was certainly more than I expected. Anupam, Alok and the manager Shankar ji along with all their staff, were thoroughly helpful right from communicating after the booking to making one feel comfortable at the place. Lovely surroundings and view. Not to forget a calm dog.

After a work trip in the Nainital district, I opted for a peaceful overnight stay at Pristine Cottage. As someone from the NCR, I was specifically looking for a quiet escape, and this property delivered perfectly. It's an ideal choice for vacationers looking to avoid the noise and crowds of more popular destinations. I enjoyed a wonderfully serene evening and night. The next morning, I embarked on a delightful trek through picturesque orchards, leading to a local stream – a truly invigorating experience. The caretaker, Mohan, provided exceptional hospitality. A practical note for longer visits: consider bringing some snacks, as larger grocery stores are approximately 10km away. Although the property description mentions 5km of unpaved road, I found that only the last 3km were rough due to ongoing construction. I'm keen to return for an extended stay, possibly for a workation, given the reliable Wi-Fi connection.

The house itself is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the calm surroundings was a truly refreshing experience. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway — would definitely come back!

Spectacular is the word that comes to my mind right away! Breath taking views and such serene property. Didn’t imagine such great hospitality and delicious food at that height! Mr. Jagdish Joshi is one of the most humble caretakers I have come across in my entire life. I’m an avid traveller and this is the first time I’m genuinely taking the pain to write a review. Just didn’t feel like returning home from my room “NAGASAKI”. Honestly lives up to the description. All the minimalistic things are taken care of very delightfully. A stay that would stay in my mind for a very very long time! Already missing the place honestly!!!

We spent 3 days including New Year's Eve at Aikkya. Their place is ideally located with great views, peace and quiet. Our room was simply yet beautifully decorated and was very clean. We liked the fact that their cottages are built with local building techniques, are sustainable and still have the modern amenities and comforts. We especially loved the common lounge/dining area with it's wood burning stove. It's the ideal place to chill, get to meet the other guests, eat and drink. Shivani and Avijeet go to great lengths to cater to the tastes of each of their guests, cooking different cuisines and offering variety. We had some delicious meals and got to taste an authentic Kumaoni spread. At the end of our stay, we left knowing that we will be back.
