The bed was soo comfortable and fresh..host took great care and invested genoursly to present a very clean and modern apartment..all brand new and of high quality..The view was amazing and the apartment got a nice refreshing breeze ..considering such an amazing panoramic sea view expect some noise at its directly on the courniche road..love the place..will definitely book again..

Selim is a wonderful host, and the apartment was very nice. It matched the photographs, and the location is excellent if you want to look around Constantinople area by foot. Excellent for large groups(we were nine). The park view is also nice. Selim even introduced us to a local driver so we could go to Bursa privately. It was a nice stay, and thank you Selim for a wonderful stay and hospitality!

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

Apartement pour 5 personnes bien localisé dans Istanbul. Proche du tram qui va vers le centre historique et vers la place Taksim et tour Galata. Proche également à pied du quartier sympa de Balat. Hôte réactif aux questions et remarques. Bon équipement général mais les ustensiles de cuisine pourraient être plus nombreux ( couverts, assiettes, casseroles, poêles) . Les chambres ont des rideaux mais peu occultants .

객실과 욕실은 사진보다 좀 더 크고 매우 청결합니다. 기본 조리 도구인 냄비, 프라이팬, 올리브 오일 등이 있으며 전자렌지도 있어 편리했습니다. 마르마라 바다 전망은 편안하고 멋졌습니다. 테라스 의자는 매우 푹신하고 편안합니다. 까르푸 마트는 도보 8분이며 버스와 기차는 도보 10분 거리입니다. 기차를 이용하여 두 세 정거장(10분 정도)을 가면 바로 구시가지 중심입니다. 호스트는 우리를 직접 맞이하였고 매우 친절하고 배려심이 있는 좋은 사람입니다. 호스트는 매우 이른 체크인을 허용하였습니다. 감사합니다.

This is a perfect place to stay in Istanbul. Near to all the major attractions and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. I was offered a taxi service to and from the airport (even at 4am in the morning!) which was cheaper than a regular taxi and punctual. I cannot fault it one bit. Thank you very much!

✨Wir sind wirklich froh, diese Unterkunft für unsere Reise gewählt zu haben. Es war fantastisch! Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es gab sogar einen intelligenten Staubsaugerroboter, der durch die Wohnung fuhr. Die Terrasse war faszinierend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. Insgesamt eine 10 von 10 Punkten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber.✨

The place was so nice, clean and convenient. There was enough dishes, extra bed sheets and towels. Each room had its own bathroom. The pool was clean and ready to use. Their hospitality was great. I was there with my relatives. All of them were happy about that place.

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

Fantastic location in the heart of Balat. Ceyda was a very kind and attentive host. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

When we arrived we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the expansive sea view framed by the gorgeous green landscape filled with roses and lilies. We even saw a pod of dolphins leaping from the water! We truly enjoyed ourselves and relaxed in this lovely old home. Even though the house is located in a seaside resort area, we felt we were in the quiet countryside. The mature trees and bushes gave us lots of privacy. The house has all the needed amenities and we made good use of the washer and dryer. Important for us we also had fast WiFi everywhere on the large property. I gathered fresh eggs from the hens and picked fresh cherries for our breakfast, a true delight for this city woman! We spent our days poolside and the SUPER responsive property manager even bought us new lounge chairs to make us more comfortable. The highlight was watching the sun set from the terrace. I want to come back in the winter to enjoy a cozy fire lounging on the sofa in the pool house. Best vacay house ever!

This was a delightfully boho chic place to stay, with gorgeous exposed brick and a super cool vibe. Upstairs from a very quiet and clean tattoo and piercing studio with a shared main entrance, but with a private locked gate, it reminded me of East London in the late 2000s. Atmosphere of the neighborhood is awesome, with lots of great cafés, and the street the place is on is super quiet as it is generally closed to through traffic. The upstairs lounge area was fabulous - wish I could have stayed longer as would have happily set up there for a month or two! There are lots of super sweet cats in the area, which was a highlight for us.

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

Всё понравилось, красивый вид из окна и станция метро в пешей доступности. Рядом много ресторанов и кафе на любой вкус.

We stayed for 2 nights at Vedat's place. We did enjoy the close proximity to the beach which makes Büyükçekmece one of the highlights in Istanbul. The neighbourhood is family-like and welcoming to respectful guests. Spending a weekend there will truly create unforgetful memories. Vedat and his brother made sure that our stay was as smooth as possible. When I had a question, Vedat was only a text message away. Would stay again.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.
