Jennifer’s home was amazing! Felt so cozy and our family group enjoyed all the amenities (pool, hot tub, grilling) She was super responsive & accommodating with request we had. The house was stocked with all essentials needed for our stay. If you are ever in SA I recommend her home! The views are so beautiful and the neighborhood so safe and quiet. Thanks Jennifer!

This home is located in an older residential neighborhood. The location is excellent as it's about 1 minute away from Hwy 281, which means you can get downtown and many other places quickly and easily. And it's close enough in town to avoid a lot of the traffic further out. The neighborhood is quiet with a lot of deer roaming around. There's a HEB and Target each within 5 minutes drive. The unit itself was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. We also enjoyed the hot tub, hammock and ping pong table during our stay. Overall, a great choice if you want a lovely place to spread out during your SA visit, with a good location and very friendly and responsive hosts. We're in SA often to visit family and will definitely stay here again!

Great communication. Clean house and restroom, clean hot-tub, clean backyard with furniture. Will rebook if i plan to visit again.

Was a beautiful home with great extras. Quiet street, some sidewalks were not well maintained which was expected. It is best to drive or Uber/Lyft to get downtown. We used the Houston Street parking garage, it was conveniently located to the riverwalk, one flat rate, and owned by the parking authority. House location is convient to activities and for BMT graduates. I would definately recommend and stay agian.

The Margarita Manor was amazing! My family & I took a little road trip from Dallas to spend some family time there & don’t regret it! The place was very nice & described perfectly. All of the amenities were enjoyable! The inside was very clean! Also Patricia & Jamal were very quick with their responses , & willing to resolve any issues that may occur. We will definitely be visiting the Margarita Manor again!

It would be difficult to find a place so close to one of the biggest cities in the country, yet at the same time feel like you have a view of nature as far as you can see. During our stay we saw deer, armadillos and foxes. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and split layout. Thank you!

Anthony’s apartment is the PERFECT couples retreat! The location is super close to the North Riverwalk & Pearl areas. We had a great time in the neighborhood with so many bars, breweries and restaurants close by. It was so nice to come back to the villa and relax in the hot tub! The back patio is huge. We felt very safe and comfortable. Be sure to note that there is no shower, only a bath tub. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning home! Our check is was smooth and the host was great. It was super spacious, clean and well maintained. The back yard was big and secure for our pups. The hot tub was the star of the show and the pool house was equipped with fun family activities. Overall an amazing stay, would definitely stay again!

The house was awesome! It was larger than the pictures indicated. Plenty of room for everyone. There was a beeping in the master closet. Bring extra towels and washcloths. The ones there are nice, but only two per bathroom. We had a problem with the pool being dirty, but the host was fast to take care of the problem. We would definitely stay here again. The location is close to Sea World, Wal Mart, and restaurants.

We enjoyed our time at Steph's house. He also reached out to us to make sure everything was going good. Great house and great host.

Very nice stay. Grandchildren loved the pool, cinema and pool table. Interesting design. Easy to get around. Tons of space, closets and shelves. Could use better and more kitchen utensils, pans etc, for large groups. Overall, we loved being there.

I would give this place six stars if I could - my friends and I had a wonderful stay at Son’s Rio Cibolo! The entire process from start to finish was straightforward and easy, and the host was extremely responsive when we had questions or concerns. The ranch is at a beautiful location alongside a river with lots of things to do. My friends and I were not able to take full advantage of the amenities because we were only there for a few days and had to be in San Antonio for most of the trip. However, our waterfront cabin was incredibly peaceful and provided the perfect place to come back at the end of the day and relax. We would definitely come back will the sole purpose of enjoying the ranch and all it has to offer!

Absolutely perfect from the beginning with an online inquiry to us creating so many memories we haven't stopped talking about our time there since arriving home!!! The place had such a fun vibe & the coolest location on the river - it was an absolutely beautiful and meticulously manicured environment inside & out! Stayed in a raised 'tent' & truly enjoyed the setting. Every detail was thought out in these little cabins, it made our stay for 2 nights while we attended the Cattle Country Music Festival perfect & very relaxing!!! Having a full sized fridge was a huge factor in making our reservation since we planned on staying 'home' while we were there. The fire pit was perfect - as was that they sold AND DELIVERED firewood on-site from the little snack /bait shop across from the pools. The staff at Son's was great too - ALL were very friendly, always ready to offer assistance and extremely responsive when needed. GOING BACK FOR SURE with my husband and son... AND SOON!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Marie’s place! Peaceful setting, with country vibes. Loved seeing the longhorns every morning from the big picture window in the living room. Would definitely stay here again!

Marie's cabin was perfect for our girls weekend away! We had all the peace and quiet we were looking for, were able to enjoy the pool and not worry about bothering neighbors. We got a glimpse of the Longhorns and plenty of deer sightings. The cabin is decorated impeccably and shower in the master bath was fantastic! Our group of 8 had plenty of space to lounge and dine and make ourselves at home.

Everything was great! The cabin was clean and cozy! It has everything we needed for glamping! It’s a little bit away from the waterfront, but we also rented the cabana that had access to river, so we spent whole day kayaking, swimming and relaxing.
