Beachfront vacation rentals in Beverly

I can’t thank you enough for letting me stay in this beautiful location. I’ve been going through chemo treatment and trying to find beautiful places in between treatment to enjoy. This place was a fav. Which I sort of want to keep to myself. I didn’t have a lot of energy to do a lot but it was exactly what I needed. Parked my car and left it behind. Watched the tide, walked around a beautiful place with my dog. I couldn’t ask for more.

Perfect place for our group of 6 to stay whiling visiting family. Walkable to many local attractions and having a parking space was luxury after driving to many of the surrounding towns. Kitchen was stocked with perfect amenities (my kids loved the snack selection and I was thankful for the coffee bar). Would definitely stay again if we return to Swampscott.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay. Jacob and Bruce were always very communicative and always there for anything we needed. The place was really cute, very clean, had everything we needed. It was very close to the beach, playground and downtown. We walked there every day. They also gave us good recommendations. The town is lovely , a nice place to visit, a lot of local shops, and a lot of friendly people. Thanks for making our stay very enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Surf Bungalow. The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. The views of the marsh and ocean beyond are terrific. The location is great, so close to everything. Shaws market is just around the corner. For a great pizza or sub be sure to visit Surfside subs which is about 3 minutes up the road. We also like Midori Chinese/Japanese restaurant ( thanks to the owner for the recommendation) We had a delicious lunch with the best fried whole clams at the Lobster of Gloucester, a restaurant that should not be missed if your staying in Gloucester. Both restaurants are just 5 or 10 minutes from the house. Another fun trip is the road out the Eastern Point Lighthouse and a walk on the jetty. Just ignore the private road signs that try to scare you off, the road is public and open to everyone all the way to the lighthouse.

Beautiful apartment in the Neck - probably the pettiest place I’ve been to in all of Boston. Highly recommended!

Gary provided an amazing experience during our stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to main attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. Gary was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making us feel right at home. Small touches like a welcoming Thanksgiving card and chocolates really stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return soon! Thank you for the exceptional hospitality!

We had the best time in Arlington this past week! We came for the Boston marathon. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was close to Boston but far enough out for the peace and quiet. Doug and Hope were the most exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay and everything we needed as easy as possible. They were so great and we hope to come back in the future!!

Perfect stay in Rockport. Andree’s place is in such a fantastic location. It felt like we had front row seats to see the sunset - the pier is the shortest walk from your front door. Our trip was all about relaxation and this home’s ambiance added to that. A+

Great location, close by to the beach and right at the beginning of all the shops and food. We will be back!

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Zachary was very responsive and attentive to our needs which were very minimal. Very clean and well presented. Great location out of the midstream of chaos of the strip but close enough to get there. Walk to the beach short and can get a glimpse of the water from the room but would be better a floor or two up. Well furnished with all cooking supplies. Ice maker included which was a plus. Enjoyed our time. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We love the location since it affords us quick access to the beach as well as other areas we have stayed over the years. Brianna is a super host and communicates well with us throughout the whole experience. We certainly will be back.

We stay at Hampton Beach every year for a few days. This has by far been the best. It seemed we were at home. Copmmunication with the owner and the facility was exceptional.

Loved our stay at Diana’s place- we were celebrating my bachelorette party. It was nice to be so close to downtown Salem but also on a private street- it’s walkable or a 5 min or less uber drive away. The place has really cool water views out the windows! We had a small fire alarm issue but Diana was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend trying the sauna it was very relaxing!

Very nice apartment with a wonderful balcony with comfy chairs overlooking the gorgeous bay, with sandy beach and rocky coast. The apartment was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Beds are comfortable and extra blankets are in the closet. Plenty of storage for clothing. The upstairs bedroom area was up a ladder which precludes small children. It was okay for our 5 year old but not for the 3 year old. The town is lovely and the center of town just 4 or 5 minutes away on foot. Beach access is just a minute away. Mary was a wonderfiul host and helpful. This is one of the lovliest AirBNBs we've stayed in and highly recommended.

Perfect spot for all the things my family had planned between whale watching in Gloucester, witch hunting and Salem, foraging at Plymouth rock, and hiking the freedom trail in Boston.

Harbor House is a great place, conveniently located near downtown, shops, restaurants, and bars are walkable, nice ocean view from the upstairs living room, its an excellent choice for your visit to Gloucester

Four adults enjoyed the accommodations including ease to check in, communications with Mark and Alexandra, cleanliness of the home, location right on the water with beautiful sunrises, and wonderful walking location to all the Salem attractions. Mark and Alexandra were accommodating to my inquiry for early check-in which was very appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall, a great weekend experience at Mark and Alexandra’s home.

We really loved this spacious studio. The landscaping was so beautiful it really added to the experience and a sweet family of bunnies were hopping in front of the windows. The bed is very comfortable and the giant TV was very nice too. We sat on the couch and looked out at the ocean and filled our days with trips to the beach, playground, and local restaurants. It was a fun little staycation that we will most likely book again!!

Robert is an extremely gracious host, and it’s clear that he goes out of his way to make his guests’ stay a comfortable one. Everything was spotless and in great condition. There’s lots of natural light and he had just installed blackout curtains so the sun wouldn’t wake us too early. There’s a pretty little garden area that would have been a nice spot for morning coffee if the weather had cooperated. The bed was brand new with a comfy memory foam mattress. Marblehead is a sweet little town, very walkable with interesting sights, beautiful views of the water, and great cafes and restaurants. Salem is a few minutes down the road for a fun day trip. We had a wonderful weekend away and highly recommend Robert’s place to anyone considering a trip to this area.

The rent was not inexpensive but the place was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The location was perfect, near everything and very walkable. Amy was amazingly responsive. We requested smaller pillows. Within the hour she had brand new pillows for our family. She responded within minutes to each inquiry. We requested to check out an hour later. She was very gracious and accommodated us. Excellent host. Highly recommend the place and the host. Charming place, great location.
