Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Welcome to our tiny house! We are in the quaint little town of Robinson just outside of Downtown Waco, only about 5 miles from The Silos, Baylor University, and everything else that Waco has to offer! Our space may be small but it has all of the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. You will enjoy your own space in this studio like setup which includes a living area, bed area, kitchen, full bathroom, and even your own driveway for parking. We can’t wait to host your Waco stay!

Convenient Country Retreat (12 miles to downtown)

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this quiet, spacious guesthouse. This unique property is minutes from Woodway and Hewitt Drive with convenient access to food and fun! Only 12 miles from downtown Waco, take advantage of all the city has to offer and then retreat to the quiet nights of Lorena. This one bedroom, private building is separate from the main house. The bedroom, bathroom, and main area all have separate entrances. The living area has a queen-sized sofa bed for additional guests.

Uptown Urban Cabin - King Bed

Old garage turned urban cabin. Just renovated into a quaint and modern space. Centrally located, this home is only a 5-10 drive to Magnolia, downtown, and Baylor. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in. We'd love to host you!

The modern studio is on the top floor of the original 1920's detached carriage house, overlooking the swimming pool (open approx. Memorial to Labor day). It is located behind the main house with private parking in the historic Castle Heights/Austin Ave neighborhood. Minutes from downtown restaurants and nightlife, Magnolia/Silos, and Baylor. Perfect for romantic getaways, Baylor parents and alumni, Magnolia fans, those visiting family in Waco, business travelers or house hunters.
