Lovely flat with spectacular view!

Lovely and bright 1 to 4 person flat with a spectacular view over the river and harbour. Ideally located at the charming " Eilandje" between the MAS and the Red Star Line Museum, surrounded by historic docks and plenty of bars and restaurants, and only a 15 minute walk to the hewart of the city center. The flat (4th floor, no elevator!) is the top floor of a duplex apartment, so the hallway is shared. As I live on the first floor of the duplex flat, I'm very happy to help out and advise.

Water is a cozy holiday home located on the Scheldt dike in the Weert nature reserve. The Scheldt Valley is recognized as National Park of Flanders. It is the perfect place for walking and cycling. There are nice restaurants and cafes. It is also the perfect base to visit the historic cities of Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges and Mechelen. The house is equipped with every comfort and tastefully decorated. There is a private garden with terrace, BBQ and private parking. Dog allowed.

This cosy rooftop apartment has been fully renovated to gain the most out of its surface and views. A combination of bio-based materials such as clay plaster and tadelakt were used with existing elements and new high-end finishing. The open floor plan emphasises a luxury shower and a fully equipped kitchen. A hidden sliding door separates the living area from the bedroom if desired. You will have a lovely, groundfloor studio of 30m2 with separate entrance and terrace. Charmingly decorated, warm atmosphere and all the basics for your comfort. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Just outside the center, everything on walking distance. Lots of grocery shops in the nearby streets. Parking space available across the street upon request, 25 euro for 4 days max. There is a school next to the studio, so on weekdays there might be some noise.
