The house is exactly like in the pictures! Super cozy and beautiful! Full kitchen. Spacious and airy rooms. The outdoor areas are perfect for rest. The pool area overlooks a wonderful sunset. The balcony has several places to rest. There's a sauna we didn't use, but it was ready to use. The fireplace is super cozy for these cold days. Bathrooms with super hot water! Quality bath towels and bed linens. The host José Eustáquio was super kind and helpful, as well as making us feel very comfortable and answering all our questions quickly! He received us at check-in and at check-out he also picked up the keys and said goodbye. The caretaker Jairo and his wife, super polite and helpful, were always around for whatever we needed. On the property there is also another rental house and the caretaker's house, but it did not bother us at all, they are a good distance away, which gave us privacy. The dogs on the property are super docile and polite! We love the stadium

The land is very spacious, with a good-sized swimming pool and a very good pool table. We enjoy the BBQ area very well, we do not miss anything. Super recommend the accommodation.

The property was impeccably clean, organized and exactly as described in the listing. I took my two dogs with me and they just loved the space! The house is even more beautiful in person, very well-equipped, large, spacious, located inside a condominium, which brought a lot of security, since we were a group of only women. We did the self-check in, due to the electronic lock, which was also very comfortable for us. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful spaces. It exceeded our expectations, I would return a thousand times. I highly recommend renting the house to everyone!!

The entrance was already open when we arrived. Excellent location, very close to Shopping Contagem! The app is exactly like the photos in the listing, it was clean and organized. Clean bedding and towels, extremely comfortable beds. Kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils. Easy and nearby garage, grocery store in the apartment tower. The street is busy and the room is on the avenue where many cars pass, but it didn't bother us. Overall, only compliments. We served very well! We'll definitely stay there again if necessary.

We traveled as a family and the space met our needs satisfactorily. There were toys for the children and screens on the windows. Quiet condominium with playground and swimming pool, parking at the door of the building.
