Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Awesome spot! Comfortable, private and peaceful. Great host, very responsive and friendly. Easy access to DC, National Mall, Arlington etc… Go see the Space Shuttle Discovery at the Air and Space Museum. Coolest thing I’ve ever seen.

We enjoyed a comfortable 7 night stay with our daughter, son-in law and 2 years old granddaughter who traveled from Oslo, Norway. Oleg is very kind and responsive, the best host we have ever encountered. After we requested some bedding for crib, he ordered them right away and sent us a nice little blanket and a small pillow for our granddaughter in the next morning! He even let us to keep the bedding! The apartment is clean and neat and has all the conveniences needed. It is in a great location, convenient walk to metro, above WholeFoods and other nice restaurants/Starbucks and CVS. We highly recommend the apartment to those who plan to stay in the North Bethesda area.

If you are seeking a clean and convenient place to stay to enjoy the National Harbor, look no farther! Not only was the condo a perfect getaway, but Kenny is extremely kind and a great communicator! He made sure our anniversary getaway was everything we hoped for! Definitely recommend!

This place was perfect! The term cozy is an understatement. From the yard and throughout the home this place was so welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs. The bathroom was spotless and the heated floors were glorious. Best 3 nights sleep we have had on this road trip. my husband was ready to steal the mattress and linens. Our pups loved the large fenced in yard.

Wonderful month long stay at Eric’s home! Our pup loved the fenced in yard, we enjoyed the neighborhood and quick walk to the metro and fun downtown. Hope to stay again next time we are in the area. Than k you!

Michael's place was perfect for our family vacation. We each had our own room and bathroom and the common rooms were plenty big for all of us. The rooftop was nice to have morning coffee or evening night cap. Visits from the neighbors cat were a special treat. Would recommend Michael's place for a quiet place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

Excellent first Airbnb experience! Space was exactly as described and impeccably clean. Located in a beautiful, secure, quiet neighborhood directly across from a park... so pleasant hearing kids playing while heading out to our car instead of typical hotel noise. Daisy and Steven were fantastic hosts, responsive, friendly, and thoughtfully checked on our comfort without being intrusive. Great amenities including off-street parking, EV charger, coffee bar, snacks, and welcome wine. Clear instructions made everything seamless. Would definitely book again - highly recommend!

We've stayed at Kopal's quite a few times - very peaceful neighborhood, very close to Lake Artemisia, which is lovely for walking, also very close to College Park. Great location. The house is always very clean, well-equipped and Kopal is so responsive.

Natasha is a lovely host, and the apartment is beautifully decorated. The newly created bathroom is compact and efficient, and the kitchen has a full range and a microwave, with appropriate dishes, pots and pans, a fancy coffee machine, and the extra bonus of a number of staples, such as vegetable oil. Parking on the street works well, though turning around (to park in front of the house) is a challenge during rush hour. The home is very close to Rock Creek Park, which afforded access to the upper reaches of Connecticut Avenue, NW, except during a heavy rainstorm one morning when Beach Drive flooded and I had to go out and around the other way.

This house is so beautiful! It was clean, in a great neighborhood, and very beautifully decorated. The back yard is gorgeous. Jon was very communicative and overall we had an amazing stay. Would definitely stay again!

The location was gorgeous, and Omid provided very clear instructions on how to access the property. Is in easy walking distance to many restaurants and locations in Adams Morgan. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway!

This house was perfect for us. My brother and his wife, myself and my husband, and my 92 year old father stayed here for the weekend. The house is great walking distance to shops and restaurants, as well as the metro station. The house is clean and well-appointed. The first floor bedroom and half bath were perfect for my Dad. The fenced in backyard with plenty of chairs was also great. My Dad moved from chair to chair to catch the sun. Loved the house and the location.

We had a great weekend stay-cation in this condo! The location is great and very walkable to many different things - restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores, etc. The check-in process was seamless with Leslie’s thorough instructions. The condo was extremely clean and tidy. There were snacks and waters available as well as plenty of towels and toiletries. Leslie was very easy to get a hold of and very timely with responses to any questions we had. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable here and would absolutely book this location again!

This Air BnB was immaculate! The host was very responsive, convenient location, and extremely spotless with many toiletries, cleaning supplies, and dishwashing supplies included. Many blankets/pillows also included.

Stacey’s space was charming and located in a walkable and peaceful neighborhood. I even got to see a fox on my last night! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Nice neighborhood, quiet, tree-lined street. Vered and Devir were very responsive! Also nice -- they offered (unsolicited) to let me check out later than check out time since they weren't going to have place cleaned until next day. Also provided bottled water and snacks, a nice touch! Can't speak to walkability to restaurants, stores, etc. since I had many different places to go and used my car a lot. My only (minor) issue was that I didn't find the pillows to be comfortable. But there's a cool area nearby called "Pike & Rose" with shops and restaurants.

Wow! I will definitely stay here again! The Flat is so very nice. We had the best trip! The flat is clean and looks even better than the pictures. We will be back!

Cute place. Very comfortable. A bit slow to respond (2-4 hours) for two kind of urgent issues (no internet & lost power due to a tripped breaker) but otherwise good.
