The accommodation was cozy, spacious and clean. Parking is conveniently located next to the apartment. Communication with Gabe was prompt and helpful. I would stay here again!

"Extraordinary Architectural Masterpiece" pretty much sums up the apartment. Nice open spaces with elegant lighting and design touches throughout. Lots of windows ensured it was bright and offered great views of the city (often made possible by an abundance of parking lots close by - this is a good thing!). We were able to walk to a number of great restaurants, none of which were more than 10 minutes on foot. Likewise, the ferry to Peaks Island is an easy walk (and worth the trip, particularly if you rent a bike which is super easy). Alice was super responsive when I reached out with questions and updates on timing. So all good and glad we stayed there!

Thoughtfully designed and appointed place - has all the things you need and Marcia makes it very easy to get in and check out. Easy to get to Lewiston, Brunswick, Portland and everywhere in between!

This was my second stay at Scott‘s amazing penthouse. So beautiful and comfortable and clean and you can’t beat the views across the harbor. I really needed a break and loved the comfortable beds! Just as described. Close to restaurants, shops and waterfront. The proximity to everything and the parking so close by made for a relaxing weekend. Scott was always immediately responsive when I had a question. I hope to be back for a third time in the future.

Had a great time peaceful get-away with great mountain views. Climbing,swimming,snowboarding, and all outdoor sports within close distance. I would definitely stay again

Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

My stay at the Red Rose was amazing! Right for the bat the owners were so friendly, kind, generous, and helpful. They even gave me some recommendations of things to do around the area. When you walk in, it feels so cozy and welcoming. Truly a special experience. I got some of the best sleep of my life in their back bedroom. The kitchen was stocked of great cooking supplies that came in handy for me since I love to cook! Came fully stocked with towels, body soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo+conditioner, feminine/masculine products, a coffee bar, and even some condiments + drinks in the fridge! Kevin was amazing with communication all throughout my stay, I was very impressed. If you need somewhere to stay in Rumford, skip the hotels, come straight here and have a peaceful getaway.

Deb was wonderful! My wife and were staying for the weekend and Deb made us feel right at home. She was very personable, gave us total privacy, and had very clear instructions and even recommendations of all the wonderful areas to visit including Mills Market 1 mile down the road. Her price was beyond reasonable and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to stay in the Andover area to stay here! The reviews don't lie, book it now!

Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

The house was great we spent more than we usually do for graduation weekend and it was totally worth it. Place was great. My boys played pool all day and night. Everything was clean. Kitchen well outfitted.

Phil’s place was amazing - modern construction and furnishings, clean, well-stocked, and with great amenities. We enjoyed having a place off the beaten path which made for a very peaceful stay, all while being a short drive away from town. This was a perfect getaway house for our annual board game weekend! We loved the shuffleboard, arcade games, and air hockey. We relaxed by the hot tub, enjoyed the view, and had a fire in the fire pit. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is ideal for a larger group. I would recommend this stay to anyone, especially people who are skiing at Sunday river or people looking for a secluded spot to relax.

The home served as the perfect place for a weekend retreat with friends. The kitchen is very well appointed, the entire home is gorgeous, bright and comfortable. Plenty of space to spread your wings with a spacious living room or den to hang out together when you choose. Giant dining room table that seated 12 of us. The six person hot tub was easy to use: Grateful for the extra towels. We enjoyed the dartboard and billiard table in the downstairs den. Saw many birds and several deer. Stacey is a great host: very quick to answer messages & offered valuable information about the town & property. We will be back.

The bed was super comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep, and the living room was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location was ideal—close to everything yet peaceful and private. The home was immaculately clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed for a hassle-free stay. A huge thank you to Joe for being a fantastic host! Great long weekend stay! Location perfect for trail/gravel biking, hiking, waterfall searching, and fly fishing! Perfect for 2…..great views to Doublehead and black mts. Accommodations were perfect. Kitchen stocked with essentials, large bathroom w separate jet tub…..and adequate hot water capacity to run it. Recommend highly.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Will was a great host before and during our stay. He communicated well with me ahead of time with simple and easy to follow directions to (and instructions for) his place. Will’s condo was perfect for our family of four (children aged 9 and 3). We came up for Spring skiing and enjoyed the annual end of season Pond Skim and festivities in South Ridge which was easy walking/skiing distance from his place. It was great to be able to ski home for lunch and to have a break in the middle of the day. The grounds at Fall Line were awesome as well: our kids loved the common room, games, the pool, and the snow out the back door where they played on a sled. Very comfortable, clean and perfect spot for our first, but not last, visit to Sunday River. Thanks Will.

My family and I had an amazing weekend. Melissa was very responsive and flexible with checking in/out. Everything was clean, plenty of linens and towels, great location, comfy beds. 10/10. We can’t wait to be back!
