It is located in the village of Chateauponsac in Haute-Vienne (87290), called La Perle de La Gartempe. This house will win you over with its unusual architecture, spacious rooms, enclosed garden with swing and terrace. The house offers 161 m2 of peace and quiet, the charm of fine stonework and beams.

Finally, you will enjoy a magnificent view in the living room with terrace access. We are close to an agricultural operation.
