Dogan was very responsive. The accommodation is very well located and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was particularly clean.

We have stayed at Ms. Arzu's place many times before, it is extremely comfortable, we always find a comfortable accommodation as we feel in our own home. Very clean, especially bed linen, bathroom, towels, all personal supplies create the feeling of being used only once. Thank you so much for doing your job with such meticulous care. Our preference is always to stay in your places. I would also like to point out that we stayed in the studio places belonging to Ms. Arzu, which we stayed in before, in the apartment with a terrace view, as everything appears in the photo. It was a MAGNIFICENT experience! The location is great, the location of the apartment is 5 minutes' walk to Ortaköy beach, the design is perfect, everyone can come and stay with peace of mind. There are countless restaurants, markets, breakfast shops, frankly, we are very pleased with our home in Istanbul. Thank you very much to Ms. Arzu and all her staff.

Great place. Sweet was very easy to reach and connect. Location was the bess part : 9 mins walk to metro , Cevahir shopping mall , and grocery.

The location of the house was very central. It was a very meticulous house in terms of cleanliness, everything was sparkling clean. The decoration was very tasteful and the ambiance of the house was very peaceful. The host Mr. Ahmet was very caring and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"
