Like a nest between the city and the woods where you can relax. The place is peaceful and yet 10 minutes walk from the city center and the train station. Nestled in a lush garden, sheltered by old walls, a beautiful 17th century staircase leads to this independent, comfortable studio, renovated and decorated with love and attention, with a low environmental impact in mind. 2 terraces to enjoy sunny days and shaded parking. Bread, butter, homemade jams... for breakfast on the first day.

The gite of the auge was converted into an old barn/barn built around 1830. The building, renovated by us, has character, combining rusticity by its auge, its beams of the forest of Retz and its size stones of Bonneuil-en-Valois, modernity by the combination of glass and industrial steel.
