We had a pleasant stay at Florence's apartment. The location is ideal for enjoying the beauty of the cliffs and the sunset on the cliff. The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean with all the necessities, no noise at night. We highly recommend Florence's place, it feels good We really enjoyed the visit to the gardens of Etretat, a must! Chantal

Sophie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive, making us feel at home the moment we arrived. Her hospitality set the tone for a warm and relaxing experience. The place itself was spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it both cozy and beautifully maintained. It felt like a home away from home, with all the little touches that make a big difference — from linens to a well-equipped kitchen and inviting decor. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, centrally located to the Normandy sites. We appreciated how easy it was to get around. I wasn't aware this was part of a bed and breakfast- which was totally fine just wasn't aware that we were sharing the amenities. The house was beautiful- the property was beautiful! I was a little disappointed the access to the beach was no longer available. And the hot water was only enough for 1 shower for several hours and there were 4 of us . The host was very responsive. Because of the beauty of the property and the responsiveness I still give this stay 5 stars.

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .

True to the description of the accommodation, we spent 2 days relaxing with nature and our animal friends (swans; coypus) that we were able to observe in peace with the binoculars provided. we expect to be back next year. thank you

Everything was perfect and perfectly organized by Florence. Thank you for that :-) Communication went smoothly. I would like to point out 2 small things, but they do not lead to a deduction of stars, because I felt incredibly comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. I haven't found a place to store the clothes. I also thought it was a shame that I couldn't park in the residence parking lot. I understood that a private parking space was available. Thank you so much for the welcome gift!! I enjoyed the delicious cider in the evening on the magnificent terrace :-)

We had a great week at this place. The whole thing matched the photos, whether it was the interior or the relaxing sea view. The bedding is quality and the accommodation is worth the asking price. The host was discreet throughout the stay (unless we needed her by message), we just met her for the key exchange before we left. She is kind and smiling. We highly recommend this accommodation or we'll come back if we have the opportunity to spend time in Normandy.

Our weekend at the Spot was a real enchanted break… everything was beautiful, the apartment, the spectacular sea views, the place… and we also had the chance to meet Marine who is an amazing host. We had a taste of too little when we got back on the train… we'll be back!
