Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. A short drive down country lanes from the vibrant village of Berry, is Knoxberry Farm. This coastal farm cottage can accommodate 4 guests. With breathtaking views over lush green dairy paddocks to the escarpment, you will unwind within minutes of arrival. The cottage has 2 King size bedrooms, the King beds can be split into 4King Singles upon request. 6.4 km drive (4mins) to the beach, 1.7 km flat walk to town. Perfect location to unwind in fresh country air.

Enjoy the Village atmosphere with all that Berry has to offer on your doorstep, but with the added benefit of peacefulness and quiet. Small Pets are allowed. Need to be house trained and well behaved. The small Cottage yard has pebbled stones. No grass area, though there is a back gate opening onto a small park.
