The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. It is close to the edge of the forest and is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in the "Kroppacher Schweiz." There are three playgrounds nearby and plenty to discover, such as Hachenburg with its historic old town (4 km), Marienstatt Abbey with its monastery garden and brewery, the Westerwald Seenplatte, and Bad Marienberg with its climbing park and zoo.
