Outdoor BBQ station is gas, no propane needed. We have all necessary utensils for grilling and dining. Outdoor firepit lounge area with armchairs and a sofa. Saltwater pool with jets spa. We are 3-4 blocks from the mountains and miles of hiking and biking trails. The La Quinta Resort and Silver Rock Resort, with their world class golf, are within a mile and PGA West within 2. Our family has been vacationing in the desert for 12 years. We believe this is the best location in the valley.
