House vacation rentals in Bermeo

The house is in a beautiful location overlooking a verdant valley and is a short drive to Plentzia. There is a great beach there and a decent Eroski supermarket. Fernanda was a responsive and helpful host who made really helpful recommendations and the house was super comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms were comfortable and clean with huge amounts of storage. The pool is gorgeous. It’s described as a salt water pool but wasn’t salty at all. We had a great week between hotel stays in Bilbao and San Sebastián.

What an amazing find for friends, family or couples. Hosts are amazing and we are very blessed to have some amazing memories here. thank you so much for everything and hope more people come as it is amazing !!!!!

An absolutely stunning property, with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home stay. Fantastic pool and pool house as well. Large kitchen/ dining/ living area meant that even with 8 adults staying it never felt crowded. Fresh baked goods left for our arrival as well as complementary toiletries. Tania and her husband were so helpful even arranging an early check in at the last minute. Genuinely is only 15 minutes drive from Bilbao and the beach, although bus stop is only a short walk away. Couple of restaurants in the local town are a short walk away. Comment from a past visitor about security cameras was over exaggerated, there is one camera pointing at the back of the garden and not into or around the house. Also felt very safe as there is the regional police headquarters behind the property 😂(but doesn’t overlook it at all). We will definitely be returning to this property and to beautiful Bilbao.

12 of us stayed with Mari Luz and had a great time. Everyone was comfortable and felt at home for the 4 nights we were there. At first I was worried that we might disturb Mari Luz but we didn't receive any complaints despite 1 or 2 late nights drinking around the dinner table. Also I'm extremely glad we stayed in Castro Urdiales instead of Bilbao since Castro was a much more relaxing and hospitable place and Bilbao was only a 30 min bus away anyway.

We hebben heel hard genoten van ons verblijf bij Iciar, dit omwille van de rust, natuur en dieren en het leuke huis. Iciar is een zeer warme vrouw, gaf ons een heel welkom gevoel en was steeds bereikbaar voor tips en weetjes. Het huis/omgeving komt volledig overeen met de foto's/beschrijving. Bovendien is er op max 1u rijden een verscheidenheid aan dingen te bezoeken/zien. Grote aanrader dus!

We thought the villa was perfect for our little girl's weekend! Local taxi firms were very accomodating over text message as we could not speak spanish so we were able to Google translate and message them. (uber doesn't work in this area) The local GoT attractions do require booking to visit - which we did not realise but that was due to our own lack of foresight. The host was amazingly responsive, the water system was running cold and she was there within 20 mins to reset the boiler to get us hot water and to help us understand the cooking system. The villa itself was beautiful and the surrounding area was so beautiful to just sit and enjoy. Plenty of space in the villa and multiple bathroom and showers for larger groups of people. I would mention that having a car is essential to stay here for the local shopping and the check out process of disposing of the bins down the road.

Super séjour en famille chez Sasha (estupendo !!). Le logement est idéalement placé avec accès direct au bord de mer et à quelques pas de commerces, bars et restaurants. La place de parking est un super luxe compte tenu des difficultés de stationnement. Il est très facile de rayonner autour de Zarautz pour profiter de cette magnifique région. La communication avec Sasha a été très facile et nous avons été accueilli très gentiment par son papa pour la procédure d'arrivée. Le seul petit bémol du logement est que les chambres donnent sur la rue principale et ça peut être dérangeant la nuit si vous avez le sommeil léger (prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles si c'est le cas). Mais c'est un tout petit point négatif comparé à toutes les qualités du logement (bien équipé, très bonne literie, vue sur la mer). Nous reviendrons avec très grand plaisir et recommandons chaleureusement le beachhouse de Sasha !

Absolument tout était superbe, la maison, les équipements y compris à l'extérieur, la propreté. Eduardo et sa femme extrêmement accueillant et peu avares de recommandations dans la région. Merci à eux, je recommande cette location sans hésiter.

alojamiento perfecto, en medio de la tranquilidad. Se admiten perros y tiene mucho zona para disfrutar de una barbacoa y al aire libre. Pondría algún foco o farola más fuera de la casa, ya que cuando oscurece, sería necesario un poco más de lu para disfrutar de las noches en verano.

Our stay was amazing! Gari was an amazing host and his home is in an amazing location in an amazing place. Did I mention how amazing this was? 10 out of 10 recommend.

I was going not in Bilbao overnight and chose to stay just outside the city. The house is newly refurbished with clean and functional modern furniture. House has everything included to make you feel comfortable and is really quiet. Ainhoa the host was really helpful, even going as far as to book me a taxi and leaving local food delicacies and oranges for our breakfast. A great host and you won’t regret staying there.

Wir haben uns in dieser schönen gemütlichen Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit zwei Kleinkindern war es eine kleine Herausforderung mit den Treppen bzw mehreren Etagen, gleichzeitig war es praktisch so ein bisschen Ausweichmöglichkeiten zu haben. Das Haus ist günstig zentral gelegen, in Nähe eines Supermarkts und des Bahnhofs, wenn man wie wir öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen möchte. Der Strand ist ebenfalls leicht und schnell erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

It was so nice to be greeted by Ainara. I really appreciate that. I also enjoyed the cozy, homey feeling of the apartment. The place offers everything you might need. It is centrally located close to nice bars and restaurants and with a very nice view!

We really enjoyed this gem of a property in Elorrio. The breathtaking views of the mountains from the yard and various rooms and bedrooms were truly the highlight. The neighbours were very friendly and the animals truly added to the immersive, authentic experience of the hills of Basque Country - perfect base for exploring the region! We found ourselves at home at at ease with the well appointed kitchen and facilities. Communication was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for this great stay!

Totally a five-star stay: Lorena was the kind of host you dream of at airbnb. Flexible check in for our early flight, always available for questions during the stay. A beautiful well-kept home full of thoughtful touches like wine, coffee and chocolates on arrival. There was a well equipped gym in the house, plenty of great bedding and towels, quality toiletries, high-end kitchenware. Highly recommended for a stay in Basque country - 15 minutes from centre of Bilbao and easy driving distance to the coast, beaches and Michelin restaurants in the countryside.

Hogar en un enclave espectacular. Ilse es una gran anfitriona, dando pronta respuesta en las vicisitudes que surgieron. Muy recomendable.

Alojamiento muy acogedor, muy limpio, la cocina totalmente equipada que nos gusto mucho, la cama del matrimonio grande y cómoda. Jose Luis esta una persona amable y acogedor y nos dio muchos consejos para conoser la zona de Urdabai. El pueblo muy tranquilo se podia descansar despues de un dia largo de paseos por la zona. Tuvimos unas vacaciones perfectas. Gracias.

Belle maison bien équipée, au calme, avec grand terrain. Tout à fait adapté pour les enfants. Bon emplacement pour explorer la côte. Hôte parfait!

Miren ist der perfekte Host. Immer erreichbar, flexibel bei An- und Abreisezeitpunkt, hilfsbereit und daran interessiert, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir verursachten ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine, und Miren löste es in Stunden. Das Haus ist wunderbar. Tolle Architektur und in super Zustand, fast zu schade als Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist wie im Prospekt angegeben ruhig auf einem Hügel. Sowohl die Strände und der Ort, als auch der Santa Catalina Leuchturm mit herrlichem Sonnenuntergang sind mit kleinen Spaziergängen gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und können Lekeitio, Miren und das Haus nur sehr empfehlen.
