Really cute place to stay. The decor is tastefully done and the ambience and setting is very peaceful. They have all of the necessary amenities to make the stay comfortable and relaxing.

Kim was a great host. Home was cozy and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and serene.

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had yet. Rana was extremely welcoming and responsive. We even left items and she messaged me to let me know and arranged to get them back to me. The home is immaculate, beautiful, charming, and had even more room than we anticipated. It was a perfect place for family dinner and game nights. I grew up in this area, so coming back is always fun, in addition to the handful of need to do things, like Creekside Market, Berkeley Springs State Park, Cacapon State Park, Lot 12 restaurant, The Naked Olive…. We had 8 people in our party and we were more than comfortable. I will 100% come back here!!

I needed a place that my family, from out of state, could stay while attending a graduation. The house was perfect! I told Bob what I wanted to do and he was encouraging and helpful. He made sure we had propane for grilling and answered all my questions. He was very prompt when I reached out to him. We had an amazing time. I would stay there again.

A very nice cabin in the woods. The location is not secluded, there are other cabins nearby. The woods between the houses give some privacy. The cabin is spacious, with three good sized bedrooms upstairs, and a living room and a dining area - kitchen on the main level. The hot tub was a big hit with the kids. There's also a gas grill on the back porch. For anyone into craft beer, I recommend Berkeley Spring Brewing Co. just 4 minutes drive from the cabin: really nice lunch and their own brews, and a nice atmosphere.

We had a wonderful family reunion here with 3 generations. Each family had their own private space but there was tons to do on the property together as well. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked, too.

This place was such a pleasant surprise. Pictures and descriptions cannot do it justice. So clean and peaceful. Every little detail thought of. Kim is very proactive and thoughtful. My friends and I are already making plans for our next visit. You really just have to bring your clothes and food and show up. Such a stress free trip. Kim you thought of everything! Every minute was spent just enjoying ourselves. We never needed to even bother you. Thanks for a wonderful reunion trip. Loved everything about it. Why look again for something when this is perfect. See you again around April.

Brianna’s place felt right at home. It was warm, toasty and cozy… rooms and bathrooms were clean, the space was uncluttered, there enough blankets and kitchen appliances… it was in a private, quiet area. It had a beautiful view and a deck to sit on and have a cup of tea, coffee or even spend the whole day at. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely loved staying in this charming home! The decor was stunning, and had all the conveniences and utilities we needed for 3 nights. Everything was clean and accessible, and Vivian had even included a welcome note, and a basket with delicious treats for us on our arrival. Useful information regarding local attractions, and many brochures were available. We also loved the spacious grounds, and went exploring the very first morning. Given the chance, we would love to stay in this charming home again!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought she puts into everything. Kathy is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely wants her guests to have a wonderful time. The home itself is stunning—beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. Kathy was quick to respond to any questions and made the entire experience seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Geremy is an excellent host and we had a wonderful stay. The home was extremely clean and the proximity to the casino was great, as seeing the horses races was the primary reason for our trip. The equestrian decor made our stay extra festive, and the pool and hottub are excellent features in their own right.

This place was just what I was looking for. Quiet place to relax, good place to hike and fitness center and courts. Cabin was just as advertised cozy and well kept. Everything you need for a weekend stay.

I definitely would recommend staying here, and would not hesitate to book with them again when I’m back in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It was conveniently located for the wedding we were in town for.

Tree top worked out great for a quick weekend getaway. We got to r&r and get some hiking in. Great fireplace for the cooler season when we visited. The screened and open deck would be great for a getaway in the warmer time of year. It's a little dated as others mentioned but it was what we expected based on photos and the other reviews. The management company was incredibly helpful when my 6 year old left a stuffed animal behind. Squirrel was returned home safely to a warm reunion. Thanks again.

Second time visiting the Retreat at Upland Trail, and will be back again!!! Beautiful cabin and views. The place was immaculately clean both times thanks to Rachel, the housekeeper for the property (I always leave a nice tip). The screened in porch with grill is nice, and the gas firepit on the balcony is so relaxing at night. As for Wi-Fi, it okay considering the location and did fine for the internet TV. However, if you have Verizon the 4G cell coverage is strong. Highly recommend!!!

My two cents for the review: Everything was as described. There was plenty of room for the seven of us. Having the instructions and Wi-Fi password in multiple places was a nice touch. We didn't have any issues for our three nights stay. My only concern was the spotty cell service which isn’t within the hosts control however he did have Wi-Fi so we could switch to Wi-Fi calling which helped.

Our family of 3 generations had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! The space has so many fun things to explore and enjoy, both indoors and out. We were thrilled by the private trail on the property, which was a little under a mile up to a sweet lookout point with swings & Adirondack chairs with views of the mountains. Gorgeous! (It was steep, so the older ones of our group didn’t make the whole trek.) The fire pit, corn hole, large yard and driveway, and grill filled out the outdoor fun! Inside we had a blast playing pool and watching movies on the basement cozy couch area.
