Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Nice little house in Champagne Fiber internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

Our small town has many stores, bakeries, local grocery stores, restaurants, a swimming pool, a town hall, and a golf course for beginners. our house has a garden with barbecue, garden furniture, Tasting and possible sale of our Champagne with my spouse, who is passionate about the farm. The beds are made for your arrival and you have a shower towel. The gite is fully equipped. Cleaning is your responsibility. Cleaning option to be determined

Ideally located, close to the city center of Vertus and its amenities (restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy...), 70 m² apartment, independent in a quiet area, with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen/dining room, bathroom (shower and washing machine), free indoor parking, private courtyard. Beds made upon arrival, towels provided. Possibility to place a bottle of champagne in your fridge before your arrival (extra price of the bottle).

Relax in a fully equipped garden studio with refined decor. Quiet, not overlooked. Access to the pool and jacuzzi directly from the studio. This access is exclusive and not shared. Percola coffee maker and private terrace. Towels and bathrobe available. The Jacuzzi is available and heated all year round. The pool is only accessible during the summer ( early May to end of September) Studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning

Gîte du Châtelet

Wine village between Epernay and Sézanne, ideally located 1.5 hours from the gates of Paris, 1 hour from Reims and Troyes, in the heart of the Coteaux du Petit Morin and at the foot of the Marais de Saint Gond. This cottage has an equipped kitchen, large living room, TV/office lounge, walk-in shower bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a garden. A jacuzzi with a shower area. No pets allowed. Many activities to discover in the surrounding area.

The Maison du Cocher

Located in the Cour d'Honneur, you will sleep in the former Château de Pierry coach house. It's 1734, and the Royal Court of Louis XV is on holiday at the Château de Pierry. Rare, both historic and one-of-a-kind, you will visit the Château and can stroll through its English-style park. As soon as you arrive, you will find your vouchers to visit this beautiful property.

The Edouardine in Champagne

L'Edouardine is a renovated guest house on our farm. Composed of a large living room with open kitchen and three beautiful bedrooms each with its Italian shower and private toilets, it is bright .
