Additional amenities include a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use. This vacation rental features a private outdoor area with a whirlpool, garden, covered terrace, and balcony.

The holiday home "Logement Plages" is located in Villeneuve-sur-Lot and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. This 110 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Small cool house in summer located in the countryside with a pool and summer kitchen with plancha. It is equipped with 2 bedrooms with the possibility of adding a click in the living room. We have all the equipment for infants if needed. Around the house you can find meadows with animals (goats, llamas, horses, chickens...). Breakfast included and linen provided. The owners will be happy to have you stay with us.

Air-conditioned attic

This attic, converted in 2020, above my main accommodation, has completely independent access. Guests can take advantage of the shared terrace and garden, primarily (sunbeds and armchairs). You are 600 m from the city center, 200m from the free bus stop. You can park your vehicle in the fenced courtyard, even a large construction van. This place has just been air-conditioned for even more comfort in the summer!

Lovers of nature, calm and conviviality will love my wooden chalet with its cozy comfort. It includes a 2-seater mezzanine bed (160) and a sofa bed (140), a bathroom and separate toilet. Parking is free and easy to find right in front of the house Wi-Fi is available if you need it. On the terrace, you can enjoy stunning views of the forest and vegetable garden. Breakfast: tea, coffee and 1 madeleine available.
