Volledig gerenoveerd appartement midden in hartje Nijmegen! Dit monumentale pand is gelegen aan de oudste winkelstraat van Nederland, en door het houten skelet proef je de authentieke sfeer. Voor de deur is een verkeersvrije zone, dus er geen overlast van voorbijrazend verkeer. Alles wat je nodig hebt, vind je letterlijk in de straat: winkels, restaurants, supermarkt (tegenover het appartement), goede sfeer, gezellige mensen, vermaak en openbaar vervoer. Die schöne helle Wohnung liegt umgeben von Feldern am Ortsrand von Bislich. Die Ende 2018 komplett renovierte Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung und enthält eine voll ausgestattete neue Küche mit Spühlmaschine sowie ein neues Badezimmer. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Laminatböden ausgestattet, alle anderen Wohnbereiche mit grossflächigen Fliesen. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gewählt und strahlt eine warme Atmosphäre aus. Eine private Terrasse (mit Grill) steht ebenso zur Verfügung.

Licht en ruim, met ruim 50m2 is er genoeg ruimte voor een luxe verblijf voor 2 personen. Keuken, kamer, badkamer, aparte toilet en slaapkamer zijn allen nieuw en luxe. We hebben de zelfstandige studio ingericht met materialen van hoge kwaliteit. Zoals je het zelf thuis ook zou willen. Hoewel wij geen ontbijt serveren zorgen we bij aankomst altijd voor een koelkast gevuld met wat drankjes, boter, yoghurt/kwark, eitjes, jam. Ook zijn er ontbijtgranen, olie/azijn, suiker, koffie en thee.

Cosy B&B with garden view (private unit).

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. Don't forget to light up one of the (gas)fireplaces (indoor&out), lovely for quiet nights. BREAKFAST IS POSSIBLE AT EXTRA COSTS. Questions? Just let us know...

The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

Idyllisch gelegene Ferienwohnung auf dem Land. Tolle Startpunkt für diverse Radtouren rund um den Niederrhein. Wunderschönes altes Herrenhaus von 1870 wurde liebevoll restauriert und wo nötig modernisiert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Im Sommer kann man die Ruhe und Atmosphäre im Außenbereich genießen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich das Kernwasserwunderland, der historische Stadtkern von Kalkar, das Schloss Moyland, Römerstadt Xanten und Schloss Anholt.

Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

In unserer liebevoll hergerichteten Ferienwohnung in unserem aufwändig sanierten Bauernhaus ist genügend Platz für euch! Ob ihr einfach nur mal raus ins Grüne wollt. Ein gemütliches Fahrradwochenende mit Exkurs ins Nachbarland oder Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie. Grillen auf der Obstwiese. Alles kann. Nichts muss! Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss an einer Straße, mit einem Fahrradweg. Man ist von hier aus in ca. 3,5 km in der Gocher Innenstadt.
