The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

Charming apartment of about 30 m² in the heart of Mirande. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), the accommodation is fully equipped. It includes a bedroom (without window), a shower room, and a living room overlooking the kiosk in the square. Walking distance to 50 meters: tourist office, church, amenities, shops, etc. Entertainment in the square all year round (themed weekends, country, funfair, etc.) Free parking nearby the space Self check-in with a keypad and key box.

The Gîte des Bourrouillets is a single-story apartment, simple and functional, that can accommodate up to 3 people. It is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Located in the hillsides of Saint-Michel, overlooking the Baïse valley, the cottage offers a quiet setting away from the main roads. Close to Mirande and Trie s/Baïse, it is 25 min by car from Marciac and 35 min from Auch. The village has a post office and a small bread/grocery store.

Gite "Les Petits Faulongs"

Inside a 150-year-old Gascony farmhouse, located in the village of Sauviac (Gers) village in the heart of the Astarac, is the Gites “Les Petit Faulongs”. This building has been converted into a modern and very bright ground floor dwelling. A large bay window opens onto the terrace facing the Pyrenees massif and the Gascony countryside. Enjoy the calm and nature, have breakfast on the terrace and in the evening watch the sunset between the 2 trees.

The mill sleeps four people max.
