Monthly Rentals in Benton

Very cute, peaceful, and clean place! Would recommend to anyone who values the outdoors and small quiet towns. I also brought small children and had no issues! Would stay here again!

Susan was a fantastic host! She's actually my parents' neighbor as well, so we can say she's great in that regard too! We were hosting our wedding at my parents' house and needed and extra bed for members of the wedding party to stay at, so we took advantage of having such a close rental, and it was perfect. She worked with me before I booked and was very communicative. And she got everything all set up before check in and emailed to let us know it was ready. My friend and her husband loved staying there and found everything very comfortable and clean. They loved waking up to the beautiful view and enjoyed the quiet privacy that this space offered. While I didn't sleep there myself, I stopped by (and see the RV all the time!) and can personally speak to what a wonderful spot this is. I also thoroughly enjoyed reading the thoughtful trip details provided by Susan, about the RV and their other property (which also sounds amazing). What a gem!

We had a great stay here! It was cozy and clean. It was super convenient having a supermarket and cafe within walking distance. We also enjoyed playing ping pong in the game room! Would definitely love to stay here again whenever we return to the area.

This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying the fall weather in Vermont. The location was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and across the road from the Connecticut River. Waterford itself doesn’t have much going on (which I liked!) but St. Johnsbury and Littleton are within 15-20min and have everything you need. The house was beautifully updated with all amenities needed for a comfortable autumn week, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a lovely screened porch + front deck to enjoy the weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask since the windows didn’t have curtains. I loved the member-only area - it was worth the extra cost for the river access with private beach and boats/SUPs. I only went on my final day, but I wish I had spent every evening down on the dock by the river to watch the sunset! Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet
