We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Property sits on 1.5 acres on a small hill, and your private space is located in rear of house where there's no activity but lots of great views of the vineyards and the Yakima River. Nearby services include a gas station, and easy entry into Benton City proper for churches, groceries, post office, dining and wineries. Owners are a quiet couple who look forward to making your visit memorable.

NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is equipped with high speed WiFi, air condiitoning, and an in unit washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space. The second bedroom, equally inviting, offers another cozy queen bed and easy access to the second full bathroom. Not doing so will result in a pet fee of $50. Also, please let us know if any accidents from pets.
