There is electricity, large refrigerator/freezer, space heater, microwave, single burner hot plate for cooking, lamp, full size bed, table, dresser, shelving unit. SINK with COLD WATER ONLY, NO RUNNING HOT WATER IN BARN. NO FLUSHING TOILET IN BARN. Outside shower with hot&cold water plus access to FULL BATHROOM, Laundry, kitchen in front house.

Our home features granite counter tops, laminate floors & open concept with a child friendly family room plus a designated office space. It is a pet free & smoke free home. Our home sits on two lots & has a large fenced yard with above ground pool (seasonal and unheated) & hot tub. We are conveniently located between the beach & the mountains and only 15 miles from Oregon State University.

My place is near Oregon State University, Osborne Aquatic Center, HP, Good Samaritan Hospital, public transportation, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and is located in Central Corvallis. You’ll love it because it's a clean and contemporary fully furnished home. Large fenced backyard with basketball court and hot tub, game room and comfy beds. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet hours are strictly enforced. No noise or lights allowed outside of the house between 10 pm and 7 am.
