The house exceeded our expactations! I would give for this place 6 stars out of 5! The house in reallity has much more facilities than at that time when we reserved it. We were surprised to find completele new garden terrace, which was equiped fully! The swimming pool is amazing and for our family of 5 members was big enough! The garden is very nice with well maintained plants, evening solar lighting, children's playground and comfortable furniture. In the garden also we found sauna with jacuzzi! The house with three bedrooms is equiped with A/C - seperate in each room, so we could regulate the temperature in each room separately! The kitchen has a lot of facilities - airfryier, gas stove, oven, kettle, microwave, coffe machine, dishwasher. Also a lot of ketlery, plates, cups and etc. In the terrace there is a big box with pool and garden toys. The sleeping during night was very comfortable, because it was very silent. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The highest recomendations!!!

The Villa is a beautiful please and had more than enough equipment, seating, amenities. The villa was spotless, so welcoming and everything was set out clearly. Nacho and his brother who supported our check in was AMAZING! Explained everything, local area and happy to answer any questions. Nacho incredible host with an incredible Villa. The location was 15/20mins from all the main things including the city centre. 22mins by car. Local supermarket walkable and restaurants near by. Will be back soon!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! De kamers waren comfortabel, de keuken is super uitgebreid uitgerust, er is voldoende plek om lekker te ontspannen en comfortabel te zitten. Het zwembad is schoon en lekker ruim en de omgeving is mooi en rustig. Je hebt wel echt een huurauto nodig, tenzij je het oké vindt om een taxi te nemen naar het ov om vervolgens in Valencia te komen. In de nabije omgeving (loopafstand) zijn niet echt faciliteiten te vinden. Wij vonden het flexibeler om zelf een auto te huren en dan ben je snel bij een supermarkt of bij het openbaar vervoer naar de stad. Met de auto is de stad ook goed bereikbaar, wel is onze ervaring dat je er 45 minuten over doet om bij het centrum te komen. Het contact met Laetitia was heel prettig! We kregen veel tips en ze reageert heel snel, kortom: de locatie is een absolute aanrader!

We had a great time at Sergio's house in L'Eliana. In fact the photos of the property don't really do it justice. It was actually larger than I thought from the photos. On a very quiet road, with off street parking, it felt both safe and peaceful. The facilities in the property were excellent. The kitchen/diner and main bedroom stand out. The kitchen was smart, clean and had all the gadgets we needed. It was also bright and had a large area for dining (there is also an inside and outside dining area as well!). The main bedroom is huge! Well heated (it was early Feb during our stay) with completely dark shutters, a giant bed, and a walk in wardrobe. It also had an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi! In terms of location, we had a hire car and drove everyday. the walk into L'Eliana whilst not long, is also not a short walk, especially with little ones. However, L'Eliana itself had everything we needed to support our stay.

Notre séjour chez Francisca s’est très bien passé. Tout était parfait la piscine était grande et propre. La maison aussi nous avions tout a dispo. Francisca est une hôte très gentille, très réactive et très accueillante. La maison est a 30minutes de Valence en voiture dans un endroit calme et paisible. Il y’a la clim ce qui nous a bien servi! Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille. Merci Francisca!

Perfecta anfitriona, sin duda repetiremos!

Fernanda, Jose (en baby Taika) waren enorm gastvrij. Toen we problemen met een verhuizing hadden van een eigen woning, namen ze alle tijd om te luisteren en mee te denken. Later kwamen ze zelfs nog een keer langs om te kijken hoe het met ons ging. Ze zijn super attent; zo ook hun schoonmaakster Tina. Het gaf ons een ‘thuisgevoel’ temeer omdat we niet in ons eigen huis konden. Het appartement is nieuw en mooi ingericht. De locatie is rustig met een grote, openbare parkeerplaats. Je loopt zo Bétera in waar je de drukte op kan zoeken. Zo dichtbij de zee en de stad Valencia is het een echte aanrader! Bétera heeft daarbij een metrostation. Dank nogmaals Fernanda, Jose, Taika en Tina!
