Brand new stylish renovated villa in Denia!

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. With modern furnishings, this fine vacation home on MONTE SOLANA offers the ideal conditions for a great holiday. Wonderful villa on two levels. Kitchen, Living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. Completely furnished. It has air conditioning and fireplace. The price is all included (towels, sheets, wifi and cleaning service). Large backyard as well as a beautiful large garden in the front. Very quiet area just 10 minutes from the beach.
