Monthly Rentals in Beniaján

This place was great for a month long stay. It was comfortable, very clean, had a lots of storage to stay organized, and the location was convenient. It can be a little noisey outside at certain times of day, but it dies down at bedtime so I never had issues sleeping. I would recommend staying here. Thanks for the comfortable stay!

As a family, we spent a wonderful 10 days in the cottage. What a lovely and beautiful cottage. Not super big, but enough space for outdoor living, because you can do that fantastically well there. A lovely swimming pool, outdoor shower (lovely in the early morning between the bird sounds showering) beds, hammock, chairs, cozy speakers outside for background music, you name it. An excellent base for various cities, villages and beaches. Beautiful area (due to a lot of sun, but dry). The only downside is the barking dogs nearby. There's nothing they can do about it, but you can hear them going off quite a bit from time to time. But good for the cottage and surroundings, you really don't have to leave it there. In the morning you will be awakened again by the singing birds, the peacocks nearby and occasionally the donkey further on. Delicious sounds! Highly recommended for a short, but also for a longer period! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation Michuel and Emilia!

Beautiful apartment, super clean and well located, Sonia is super nice and accessible. But the air conditioning was not working and there is no fan in the apartment, and it was very hot in Murcia

Diego's apartment is very nice, very clean and has all the amenities. Parking is a plus with direct access to the apartment. We had some difficulty finding the building because we were looking for No. 18 Manchenos Street. In fact, it is better to find your way to No. 4 where the name of the residence appears. We walked back and forth to the center of Murcia, which is very good. There are buses but we like to walk. We recommend Pequenia Taberna, a restaurant that is both very good and very warm. Thank you Diego because we had a great time in this lovely city.
